Probably the biggest billiard club on the eastern seaboard. Always a good crowd and inexpensive table tome. Two bars and a great kitchen. The service is friendly and fast. A must visit!

A absolute classic in the world of Billiards! Home to the first US open! 75 tables, a mix of Diamond, Valley, and Brunswick. All felted in very fast Simmons tournament cloth. Very helpful staff always checking up on you for anything you might need. Extremely reasonable rates, 10 dollars for the day as long as you stay in the building. Little odd that you dont get refills unless you get the large soda..

Not just a place for the masters, Q-Masters is a smooth, rhythmatic experience filled with chimes of laughter and clacking balls. A relaxed atmosphere but yet somehow ethereal, time seems to go by slow in Q-Masters. The food is delicious, you pay once and play all night, its a place everyone can enjoy. A local legend, you wont be disappointed with your trip to this place, unless you suck at pool. (Just kidding)

First time here. To be honest I was expecting a smokey loud ego factory, with a fight waiting to happen. Turns out I got exactly the opposite. This is a premium first date spot in the Hampton Roads/Virginia Beach area. Great food options, I met Thomas the manager that knows the importance of customer service in a locally owned business, Hannah that is attentive, friendly and moves with a purpose. DJ is at the ready to back up his employees and of course the billiards are great. COVID Compliant, the pool cues are sanitized after each use. Tables are spaced. I needed some social interaction and this is the spot. Come support local for a good time out.

The tables are spaced perfectly, I wish I still played competitively because I wouldve loved to run some racks with the locals. But people are super nice and the place is extremely clean for how big it is and pool players being notoriously messy lol

Great place to hang out with friends. Cheap to play. Ladies are free on Fridays. Food and Drinks are okay. They have Smoking and Non smoking area. They just need to add more or upgrade their restrooms. There is only 1 restroom in Non smoking area.

Very nice place with extremely nice people. You can come and play as much pool as you want for a certain amount of time. They also have a telephone booth which stood in the original Q-Masters. They sell some merchandise, food, and drinks of course. Very laid back place.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve traveled quite a bit and have yet to find a billiard hall like Q Master. I love being back here so I can frequent this place, again. They have a great system with COVID and social distancing in mind. Plenty of tables in multiple rooms. Plus, Fridays and Saturdays are ladies days?! $5 to play as much as I want until closing. Amazing! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! 🙌🏼🖤

Excellent pool hall with some great deals, check groupon. Kids between 6 and 15 play free during the weekend, specific hours. There is also ladies nights.They have 7 foot and 9 foot tables, table conditions vary but all the balls seem are in great shape.

Q masters has done an incredible job of setting up a socially distanced way to have fun and socialize! I haven’t felt as comfortable/ able to go out and be safe in months. They checked out temperatures at the door. All patrons wear masks while playing and the tables are staggered to ensure distancing. Hosts and wait staff are respectful and wear masks properly. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to go out and stay safe!

I used to love coming here because of the kudos they give first responders and teachers but now since covid it is so hard to get a table the wait is over an hour it is just better to go bowling. 😥

I’ve been here a few times over the years but never as a regular. It’s a decent place, plenty of space, regular bar food but what changed my experience this time is the staff. New manager, Darren, made our night after an unpleasant experience at a different bar. He’s personable, relatable, gave plenty of his time, showed all the hospitality. We will definitely be coming back, if for nothing else, the excellent customer service and immediate family vibe we felt. You can’t have a bad time in a place where employees are happy. Appreciate seeing it.

Great place great people

This place is great, and they are doing ALL of the right things to keep people safe during the pandemic. They have a large base of regulars who are 100% compliant with masks. Clearly the owners have made it a priority and everyone knows the expectation. Theyre making the sacrifice to leave tables not rented to help distance, but i still didnt have to wait gor a table! Our server (i think it was Hanna?) Was super fast and very friendly.

Our waitress Ryan always takes care of our customers during league play on Monday and Tuesday here at Q master. Her speed attitude and stickler to detail makes our dining an experience that is pleasurable each night. We Salute You Ryan you are the best

Julie was such an amazing an attentive server. There was never a moment when I didnt have exactly what I wanted in my hand. I always come here and she was single handedly the best server Ive ever had.

First time coming here was last night. Was very laid back and the server we had was charlie. She was awsome and a GREAT server! Its hard to find young woman that are so nice. Even though we were wearing a mask her smile was contagious!!! She was on top of her job!!

The front desk guy greeted us and told us about the waitlist. The hall of fame and pictures along the wall make the place feel homey & welcoming. They have a wide range of tables and a separate smoking section. Although we grabbed drinks at the bar, the waitress was quick to greet us, introduce her trainee, and checked in throughout the night. Highly recommend!

Been coming here 4-5 times per week for years. Extremely friendly staff, great owner, very high quality pool tables that get re-felted every year. Great food, different specials every day, and a free hour of pool with meals. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Had a great time shooting pool with old friends. Caitlin, our server, was really awesome. Especially after finding out she was the only server at the time and had been running non-stop since this morning. You get loud applause for your excellent service.

Beer is reasonable priced. Food is very good for a bar. BUT, you want to go there during the evening or night. Day crew is usually the B team with the exception of Sunday when its expected to be busy. Service on Holidays or week day has been consistently poor. Skelton crew, meaning one dedicated server for both sides of the pool hall that quickly gets overwhelmed if there is any surge of players coming in. And you must pay with the one server not the front desk. I still recommend if you want to play. Tables are kept in good condition and money is being put back into the establishment for upkeep, something a lot of bars and restaurants dont do.

So many pool tables! Can play darts while you wait for a table (on these busier nights). And then someone even brings your drinks to your table while you play. A plus for me is there is a smokers side. Which is awesome for someone who doesnt smoke.

Beautiful environment. Loved the staff and good food. Tables were well felted. Love going there. Food is always great and the staff are incredible. Best deals in town when you merge your meal into a free hour of pool when you spend at least ten dollars and each plate is well portioned for you to be full and satisfied. Very clean throughout the building and very sanitary. Recommended to anyone that wants a good time, party, event, etc. Will be returning real soon.

Best bar food ever! We usually go for lunch because they have great lunch specials. The place is HUGE and weve never had a problem getting a table or pool table. The staff are super accommodating and weve loved every waitress or bartender weve had. Just a fun place to go!

Very nice place

First time there but was very comfortable and felt welcomed! Food was good missing a few little thing with our order! All in all have a real great time here! Very family friendly!

Overall, we had very enjoyable time and would highly recommend to our friends for a night out. One negative thing would have to be the booth seating. There wasnt any seat cushions and made sitting very uncomfortably.
