Ive shopped here a number of times and have purchased furniture as well as decorative items.The staff are knowledgeable and ready to help if you plan to purchase something you can customize the finish on. We chose a large sectional piece as well as an ottoman and mechanical leather recliner.We did have an issue with an item that showed up damaged, the leather ottoman had damage to it so I insisted it be returned and had a conversation with the owner about it who ultimately gave us a store credit for the item instead of a full return.It took us some months to find something we wanted instead but we did and had no issue using our credit. The item was delivered with no issue and we love it - the leather mechanical recliner which is gorgeous and comfy.They have a lot of neat items here I havent seen in other nearby furniture stores with a coastal antique vintage feel to the decor and finishes of most of their pieces. Beautiful and worth a visit if youre looking to decorate or renew a space.

Lured by the word Coastal on the storefront, I had to see what was inside! Greeted by a friendly sales person--a wonderful lady originally from NC-- I immediately felt welcome. Though not in need of anything specific, I wandered leisurely throughout the store, viewing unique furniture and decorative items from around the world. Exotic Homes is a place that makes me wish I had an empty house to furnish! My purchases were two small items. One, a very cute book with flip flops on the front--could be used as a scrapbook, photo album or even as a journal. The other, a wooden cutout in the shape of a wineglass. Its brightly colored, rustic patina will look great as a wall hanging with other items in my kitchen! To sum up, if you desire unique decor and/or furnishings, I highly recommend you visit Exotic Homes Coastal.

Such a horrible company and were so terrible with my purchase. Will never suggest again, hoping they dont stay in business too long.

Not.one person even approached us and we walked the entire store. It was also so hot no air conditioning on. Disappointed. We have been in there before but most likely not again.

Very nice eclectic beachy style home decor store. Prices are a lil high but the staff is friendly.
