Dont have bag, always out of inventory, computers always slow to check out, if they do habits they change for them.

This is my favorite Salon Centric. I love Mrs. Malissia, Mrs. Renee, and Kelsey. They are so helpful, friendly, professional and they make it fun to shop there. People complain saying they don’t have certain things in stock but I beg to differ. They have a great selection and if it’s something you need that they don’t have they are so quick to offer you to special order your stuff and it doesn’t take long to get your order. They have great sales and offer snacks and beverages to all the customers. My kids shop with me sometimes and they love coming to the store with me because it’s such a positive atmosphere.

I love the staff and they are always helpful smiling and share my love for customer service! Always a joy and a pleasure ladies! Keep the positive energy alive! You’re all awesome!

The staff are very helpful, however there is always a line in the cashier. Their computer system is always slow, sometimes they have to call another store to solve costumer problems, so definitely not a store to go grab a product real quick. I have got in line so many times to pay, and just returned everything to the shelf and left.

Each time I arrive to this location there is always friendly staff ready and available to assist me with my salon needs. Over the past year there has been a dramatic turn around with Salon Centric closing the Janaf location and merging inventory with Greenbrier and this location in VB. The shelves seem to be better stocked, the aisles are bigger and the customer service is great.The employed team at this location seem to communicate well not just with clients ... but with one another as well.The location calls the salon periodically and lets us know there is a Savings day around the corner and they allow for over phone ordering and pick - up.The reason I did not give it the Five Star rating is because of the app. I do understand they are working on it - Im ready to see what new and exciting things are around the corner.Id love to see more samples given out - but who wouldnt :)
