He was very good with communication leading up to the day, and then on the day-of he went above and beyond what we had asked for. Were so happy with how everything turned out!

Absolutely Amazing Arrangement! I caught COVID-19 in early September 2021, and my wife had to take care of me and my three kids while I hunkered down in our bedroom trying to recoup from symptoms, and attempting not to expose the rest of our family. I felt bad that she was doing EVERYTHING. So I thought Id order a simple arrangement just to show her thanks. I found a nice one, ordered the standard size, and it came the next day, it was gorgeous, much more than I expected, everyone that has seen it loves it. Very highly recommend this floral shop.

Service was absolutely amazing! While I was waiting I was offered both coffee and water. The flower delivery was beautiful, I loved the arrangement. However, I had to remind the florist twice about the bear that came with the arrangement. But they fixed the problem and ended up delivering a bigger bear, so that made me happy!

I called yesterday in the late afternoon and they had no problem making my delivery to a local hospital. I spoke with Jacob. He was so nice and a beautiful arrangement was sent. I also called back to add a balloon and wanted to pay for it. I dont remember the nice young lady who I spoke to but she said dont worry, we will add a balloon. They added it free of charge. When you call in from out of town, you never know what will get sent...I was so pleased with the flowers and it cheered my friend up. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again. DJ assured me that he would stay after hours to ensure the order was completed and ready to be picked up promptly 9:00am. Thankfully someone answered the phone.I explained my travel situation and that I would be missing my anniversary. Flowers were delivered almost around 8PM - very LATE, when the recipient was already really upset because she lost hope to receive anything today!!! Delivery person did not knock on the door and just left the flowers outside (is that a normal practice?) Flowers were pretty, but looked much smaller that on the pictures (I ordered deluxe. Regular size must be tiny) I would recommend calling the recipient and at least notify them that the delivery will be late! I had higher expectations from this place.

You can tell A LOT about a business by the way they handle a problem. From the moment I explained what we wanted and what we were about to receive, Caylees sugar and spice voice and demeanor reassured me that we would indeed be happy once all was said and done. She was more than accommodating (even using her personal mobile phone to take photos and text me). Between her and DJ, the Designers care and concern for things to be just right...the wrist corsage was absolutely GORGEOUS...above and beyond what we envisioned. Caylee and DJ both listened and asked clarifying questions that left no doubt in our minds that the finished product would be PERFECT. And it was! More than we could have hoped for, yet exactly as we dreamed it would be. The graduate was the belle of the Chrysalis, in part, due to the stunning flowers displayed so beautifully on her wrist. When I learned this was a family-owned business, it all made sense. They truly CARE about the legacy their grandmother passed down to them and the people whom they serve. The flowers were fresher than any ones Ive ever seen (and Ive been given a LOT of flowers in my lifetime). Virginia Beach Florist is the epitome of a 5-star establishment. I would not trust any other florist to take care of our special, or even ordinary occasions but them from now on. Im sure if you order in the store the experience is better but my boyfriend recently ordered my mom flowers. Beautiful photo of a lavender arrangement and purple vase. The flowers were all wrong colors and were very disappointing for $80. The vase was like a green color and just was nothing like the photo of what was advertised. My boyfriend called to complain and new flowers were sent but still not the same vase or same flowers. Purple vase but not the once advised. Its a lavender arrangement he ordered and this one had more pink than anything. The second arrangement was prettier than the first but not what he paid for. Having flowers delivered is expensive so all you want as a customer is for them to be what you paid for. I do not recommend ordering flowers online from this company.
