Checkered Flag Toyota was great! I never felt pressured or hurried to make a purchase. I went in for an appraisal and walked out with the car I wanted. Easy as that. Car buying sucks and is draining, but Checkered Flag made it painless... best of all, no buyer’s remorse. 🙂

Order process, and shipping was fine, however, I have been ignored in attempts to return the item. I contacted them in a timely fashion after receiving the item to request a return. I received one response back with an offer to exchange to part. I delayed a few days before responding. I ended up having my local dealer conduct all repairs I needed. I explained this and requested a return. I was ignored. I contacted online support which supposedly relayed the situation to the dept manager and advised that I would be contacted. It has been over a month now with no contact. I would have preferred them to at least tell me that they cannot or are not willing to return the item for xyz reason than to ignore me. Bad business practice.

Shipped fast and fit perfectly. I really liked how on their site I could verify that the part will fit my model. Now no check engine light!

Looked up parts on line and they wanted 200.00 for shipping. Called the parts department next morning and they had everything on hand.

The shop is an hour away from me. The part I ordered was $4, and they charged me $8.95 in shipping! Great price on parts, but they make up for that by gouging you on the shipping costs.
