Called everywhere for old fuse relay. Friend suggested Nap Geon and I called and Vernon found it and streamlined days and half the cost! Not only was he able to find this obscure part, but he was genuinely stoked to do so! I dont write reviews, but Vernon helped me out immensely! Many thanks....very glad to have discovered.

Even if youre walking distance to this location, save yourself the time and drive to the Norfolk location. First and last time Ive visited this location. The gentleman I worked with had terrible customer service skills, tried to educate me which was completely unnecessary, and called the Norfolk store to hold a part for me, a part that was too big. What a waste of gas and time.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with going through tons of parts stores to get parts to help other people and my own vehicles spent more time and gas money driving back-and-forth then in parts waiting three days for a phone call that my parts had showed up come to find out they were there the whole time! 100% will order my stuff off Amazon and get it the next day and never have to leave my house absolutely do not recommend using this place for this store location!!

They are great at getting the parts u need. The customer service is ok..its all guys in there. Also if u try to return a part they charge a 20% restocking fee... So check online first
