Prices are quite high, staff isn’t very helpful. Placed a curbside order, and when I got there the associate was clueless & flustered. There are much more reasonable options like fresh thyme and Costco, that GUARANTEE their items. You get a really hard time returning something here.

I like to go here to buy pure essential oils to add to my soap I make. Rosemary, lavender & tea tree are my favorite scents. If you plan on applying it to your skin make sure you mix it with a carrier oil such as; almond oil, argon oil, coconut oil and so on. You can ask the store clerk which is best for your skins needs. The staff know their stuff pretty well at most locations. Be wary of buying essential oils that are too good to be true cheap, they can be harmful & will not contain the benefits you read about. The bottle has to say pure or organic with one ingredient unless its mixed with a carrier oil & other essential oils. I like to get supplements from here too such as curcumin and others. Make sure you do your research before taking supplements to avoid illness.

Had 50% off on the next item I bought so saved some money there. The staff was friendly and attentive so I can say Vitamin Shoppe delivers once again 👍👍

Edit: I messaged corporate, and theyre issuing a full refund for my order no questions asked and were very kind, so Im adjusting my rating. Thank you Vitamin Shoppe!!Its unfortunate I have to find another business to give my money to! Have been shopping here for years. They wouldnt return or give store credit on items that I CANCELED from my auto delivery because its past 30 days. I dont make enough money to waste on expensive products I dont need or want, and their clearly faulty auto delivery system is flawed. This shouldnt be my issue but they made it my issue, so Ill have to purchase the products I truly do need elsewhere now. The retail associate was nice, but this is truly poor customer service.

It is a great vitamin store

First I come into the store and look at one of the promotions that are going on that apparently are happening on different brands, buy one get one 50%off “MIX AND MATCH” and so i grab 2 items that i have been wanting to try out. Continue to browse around then rudely helped by a women named Rochelle, who tells me, that the promotion is within the same brand, which the marketing clearly does not say on the brand “sweet sweat” and so put back one of the other products and proceed to check out, then once again rudely and unprofessional Rochelle can’t find my account and tells “I’m not gonna stand her all day searching for your account”WOW - I’m an operational manager, that deals with customers and provide a clear understanding to my staff the importantance of customer excellence.

I was in that store for a product that the link says they have it, drive for half an hour when I get to that store the person tells me that he did not have it and he wanted to sell me something else, something that I did not want, he check the link of vitamin shoppe and it came out that I had in stock but he wanted to sell me something that I did not who was lying him or the link was frustrating drive for half an hour ,When I went to the car, I checked again and said that if I had it, I did not understand what was happening in that store, or the person who took care of me.
