This place is awesome! They just about always have what you want in stock, and the employees are nice and always ready help. Im satisfied with the customer service, and would recommend to everyone.

The staff here is super friendly and inviting. They had no problems answering my many questions. They even went the extra mile to inform me about additional material and made great suggestions.

Store is packed today due to Holiday shopping, but one thing I would encourage them to stay on top of whos walking in ans out. No greeting and i waited by online order pick up without any one acknowledging my presence. It literally took over 5min and I decided to say excuse me

Has game cases on shelf, but they dont have the games...when we nicely suggested they should take the case off the shelf if the employee got mad at us. Not worried about what was in stock or not though, more worried about the employees attitude. Its unfortunate, but there are plenty of other places to go who are helpful and do their job, I will spend my money qt those places.

Big selection, friendly staff

They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Answered questions I didn’t even think to ask. One of my kids just got into gaming and I really know nothing!! Very thankful they weren’t trying to make a sales pitch but we’re just very helpful.

Even though the older gentleman, John I think, was with a customer, he didn’t say anything to me until no one was in the store and he gave me a blank stare. Like ok I’ll intro dice myself being the customer and I’ll let you know what I want since you aren’t going to be friendly. Being a former employee of only a month ago I know this was a transaction he could have taken care of. I brought the wrong GPG sticker and he could have looked up my account to see the right one. I saw this cool DBZ chess set I never seen before at my old store as well as some drinking glasses. After that rude attitude not helping me out. He didn’t get a controller sale, PRP and collectible sale. GameStop’s can’t afford poor customer service right now. 100$ after tax out the door.

Wonderful and extremely helpful staff. I was searching for something very specific and regrettably they did not have said item but they where able to locate it at about local store and arranged to have it sent to them for no charge. Theres also a possibility that one of the employees was willing to go and pick it up for me in his way into work tomorrow!Highly recommended!Tarzan

The employees were knowledgeable and very friendly. I went in to trade in some of my old games and actually got more than I was expecting. It was a great experience. I just wish they had more of a selection of games to buy.

Game Stop is a wonderful place to buy new games. However, most times they’re prices are beat by online shopping sites such as Amazon or Best Buy.

Supper nice staff! i love coming here to turn in my old games and get a couple of newer games and chatting with the staff members for a sec or just standing there as my mom talks to them.

Boo! Bought the rest of my stuff for a new PS4 system for my family on Amazon. Wanted to also throw some money to the local GameStop. Explained that I was a 60 year old newbie and bought 2 wands there. Didn’t sell or explain that they needed a certain type of charger. Now we are at our cottage unable to use them.

I like this GameStop. There is usually a fairly decent selection, and the people arent overwhelming with their helpfulness. They tell me what they got going on and tell me to ask if I need help.

The store has a variety of video games for all platforms, including used games, some at very good prices, and they occasionally have very good sales and clearances. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service, engaged, patient, and took excellent care of me. I usually come to this GameStop semi regularly. I definitely will be back more now.

This is my go to place for video games! Today I stopped in with my boys to get headsets for our Xbox Ones Joey was the young man working and helped us out! What a great staff and very helpful and friendly. Like i said, my go to place!!! And they have a lot of other cool stuff! Pops, Starwars and Thundercats!! Ton of other stuff too. Check them out!!!

I noticed it says gamestop prestige on g maps. Is that why it has a lot more stuff than in others? I was glad this one had all kinds of stuff i dont nornally see at gamestops around my house. Definitely recommend this place

Been coming here for years it was always decent then this Jacob king guy completely ruined my night but giving me the most terrible customer service Ive ever had. Ive been a manager for years I have moved on from that position but was always amazing at it. Employees are always recommending good games based on what genre you tell them you are into. The guy with dark hair working around 4pm on Nov 12th gave 2 great suggestions and I am loving them. Dead Cells and Octopath Traveler, with resemblances to Castlevania and Dark Souls, and Chrono Trigger and FF6, respectively. I always go here to pick the employees brains about the better new releases. Will always be coming back.

Staff were friendly and helpful, got an xbone and they saved me money by giving suggestions on discounted games. Seemed to have a good selection of used games.Would have been 5 stars but they screwed up and gave me the 360 version of Minecraft when I picked out and paid for the xbone version. (I checked my receipt to make sure it wasnt my mistake). Easy enough to fix, just annoying my kids couldnt play on xmas morning.To anyone new to Gamestop, process works similar to old school movie rentals, you grab the empty box from the shelf, they ring you up and then get the game from storage. So my advice, make sure not only the game, but the System matches what you picked out.

My go to place after work, welcoming associates, takes all your stress away, one of the associates namd jackylyn, still remembers me even though i lost a few pounds and i didnt remember her cuz she also lost weight, last time i saw her she was chubby and bec. she transferd to another store, pls let her stay in dat location forever! Shes my fav associate..

They did not give me complete what I bought. And I decided to return the merchandise and they would return the dunero to me. i bought a glass door for the bathroom and it was incomplete so I returned to the store.
