Had originally gone to the Elmhurst location but they were rude within seconds of me asking them to help me transfer my data from my old phone to the new. I went to the VP location and I was received with a welcoming and friendly attitude by Cynthia who did what I needed and through it all was very nice helpful. I will now start coming to this location for my mobile needs.

Today I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not only was the staff unwilling to help, they were also very rude. The nature of my problem is irrelevant, it’s how I was treated that is the issue.The associate Alejandra definitely needs to be retrained in customer service and customer interaction. Not only did she raise her voice at me, when I told her she needs to work on her customer service skills her response to me was “I didn’t ask your opinion”.If I could return all the products I purchased from t-mobile I would. I will never return to this store and will be looking at competitors for future purchases. T-mobile upper management needs to pay a visit to this store because I doubt this was an isolated incident.

Google and the schedule on the door say they close at 8pm yet I show up at 7:40 and the door is locked and the dude inside staring at the computer just waves at me saying its closed.. 6/25/21

I went in to this one and I wanted to do an upgrade they were orientation and told me what my options were because I was going to get an iPhone didnt have much money but I had an upgrade they gave me an option that three other stores that I went to didnt I am so thankful for what they did definitely going to be my go to store next time

Cynthia was the most attentive T-Mobile associate I have ever encountered. She was not pushy she helped my brother pick out a phone she made the process so simple and fast and easy definitely, going back just for Cynthias help. She let me know of all the ways to make my phone bill cheaper, the better plans and the new technology they had in store.she knew what she was doing through the whole process.

Worst location ever, they don’t take pride in fixing the problem with customers. Lazy, slacking employees and manager. Went to this location cause the Addison location is closed for some reason. Never had problems with any other location except for this place, now I’m thinking of going with a competitor company.Work on your customer service.

It was a great experience. Cynthia always helps out. One was for a bill problem and I came back for a promotion she mentioned that day and was able to upgrade my phone and transfer all my info with ease. Will surely be coming back to her for my next upgrade this store overall is great!

Every time Ive gone in and asked them to make sure that an issue has been resolved. They assure me that its , and it never gets resolved. Even something as setting up my auto pay, they can not get correct. This will be the 3rd time I go to store because they could not properly do it.

I came in 2/13/2020 Cynthia was the only customer representative at the Tmobile store attending 3 customers at the same time. She knew exactly what to do and how to multitask and serve everyone there. The manager came in few min after my arrival. However, Cynthia had everything under control. The Manager immediately approached us and ask if everything was okay. Mike was walking around making sure we were all taken care of. I honestly always leave satisfied walking out of this location. The Manager was very professional and took care all of the customers entering with a bright smile and a courteous attitude. Definitely recommend this tmobile store. Talk to Mike and cynthia. #satisfaction Guaranteed.

This is by far the worst T-Mobile store I have ever been to my mother is the account holder and she went in to by me a new phone as a gift because the phone I have right now the speaker doesn’t work so well and the rep which was the store manager who sold her the phone said that if I wasn’t happy with the color of the phone which is a red one I can go in and exchange the phone and it was no big deal i went in 2 days later to just get a black phone instead and she failed to let my mother know there’d be a restocking fee of $50 for just an exchange and she even said she didn’t mention it to my mother because she wasn’t paying attention for why we were getting a new phone to begin with she supposedly called her “boss” and he didn’t want to waive it even knowing it was her fault to fail to tell us. These people want to blame us for a mistake there employees made they could of at least followed through with there word. I’d suggest to never go to this store!!!

My son and I were taken care of as soon as we walked in the door! Several other customers came in after us and I dont think anyone had to wait more than a few minutes. Tania did an excellent job of addressing our phone issues, she was knowledgeable and pleasant and we were on our way home within a half hour! We will definitely be using the Villa Park location for all our T-Mobile needs, Thanks Tania!

Came into T-Mobile 10 minutes before they closed. An all the staff was nice an polite. The sales associate L-E-S-L-E-Y was real helpful, and answered any questions I had clearly and understandably . An then gave me their pizza at at the end of night.! Will recommend this specific T mobile to friends.!

The manager Jairo and Lesley were very professional and cared about my technical issues. They demonstrated what customer service is all about. If you are a T Mobile customer save yourself time and frustration and just stop into the Villa Park location. Ask to see Jairo or the pretty girl (Lesley) and you will understand what it means to be taken care of by professionals.

If I can give them zero starts I would, paied 99$ for the infently imersive offer when i preordered my S8+. Never received anythingI have the receipt for the payment and for the pre-order and when I go to the store the salesman that I bought the stuff from will tell me that he dont remember and just call 611, i called 611 many timrs and complained about store#5232 but for 4 monthes nothing happened, if the store manger cares about rating and customers he would fix it, becuse that is false advertising when I ask the saleman and he said yes just pay the 99$ and you will get it.

I needed a SIM card and they said its $25, even though my account clearly has a note from TMobile corporate that it should be given free. So I show the store the promo on the TMobile website that the sim card is $10 and they wouldnt honor that either. Bunch of jerks!
