I love Furniture 4 Less at Villa Park! I recently bought a desk for school there and I absolutely love it. Last month I bought a bed set and a mattress as well, they are SUPER NICE and comfortable!! I highly recommend this place. Great costumer service! :)
Would not recommend. The two men working here today were extremely rude to me. I dont know if they were just having a day day but it was very unprofessional and almost childish

Incredible quality for low and affordable prices. Delivery and assembling furniture also very cheap price. Only complaint is that they take long to ship and delivery (about a month and a half), but for the quality and price it was worth the wait. The business man also gave us two free gifts as an apology for the time we waited. Fair and honest business man, definitely recommend just purchase ahead of time.

Outstanding Customer Service. The owner is an extremely nice guy and very reasonable. A lot of the furniture comes from big name centers like Ashley and the store offers very affordable pricing on everything in it, ESPECIALLY RUGS and lamps. A lot of people may be enticed to go to Bobs discount furniture, or another big name however what they dont see in the ticket price at the big outlet stores they certainly will in delivery costs. At this place delivery is insanely cheap. I had several pieces delivered and set up in my apartment in the city near the lake for less than $80. Unreal. And to top it off one dresser got a knick in it during delivery, the owner offered to replace it or refund me 10% no questions asked. Thats how you get a good recommendation and further business from me. I absolutely will shop here again, and hope this review convinces others to as well. Not to mention, there are some awesome unique pieces at this store to make your house look great! 5 stars no question!

Very rude owner. Does not have a clue on how to talk with customers. I had purchased the furniture from him not knowing how bad of a response I would get afterwards from the owner. He was really nice at first but after getting the money he became so rude. I had purchased insurance with my furniture and the leather sofa started to rip off in a year so i claimed my insurance and had the owner send out a new peice for me per my insurance policy. He was being so rude and such a shame that this is how he talked to me. Never ever going to recommend him to anyone. The store in lombard. Never buy from this store!!
