Terrible customer service. Ive been inquiring why an order placed and paid for last May hasnt shipped. After requesting updates, I have not received any replies about anticipated shipping dates. Very frustrating.

As other reviews state there is ZERO customer service nor follow through on their MULTIPLE mistakes. They overcharged me and then sent an entirely different product which I didn’t order. When I emailed to rectify they never returned my messages nor do they when I call and leave a message. They straight up ghosted me after getting paid. A joke of a business with dishonest business practices. BEWARE

I order 3 products I was happy to get them but one product was the wrong size, I order 1 lbs of ink and received 75ml. I said to my self mistake happen. so I wrote a email to report the mistake...no response so I call and left a message ...no call back I wrote another email...nothing... this company doesnt have any customer service or any respect for the costumer! they got my money and I never got a call to excuse the mistake ,refund or to tell me they will resend me my 1 lbs ink!! dont buy there! before I post this I call back this morning give them time to call back or write back...NOTHING....I put 1 stars because theyre no 0 starsIm sorry I see the owner just post a response to my review. but unfortunatly I never got my ink back or the issue was never resolved. still waiting for my ink or money back! I change ink for my work because of the bad service I got at GC&Ink.

The website is a little antiquated but I am glad I called to place my order over the phone. They have old school and wholesale-style ordering processes, but I dont hate that. I easily placed an order for a hard to find paint, the person who assisted me manually checked to make sure it was in stock, and I received it within 3 days. Im really pleased and am looking forward to shopping here again.

They shipped my order VERY quickly, I got tracking number the same day. Post office took awhile to deliver though. One thing was out of stock but they notified me before shipping and offered a substitute. Not open for pick up orders but they are doing curbside pickup for orders you call in ahead of time. I couldnt make it there by the time they closed but good to know for next time. The woman I spoke with was very nice. Overall, good experience.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We have now waited nearly 5 months for $300 dollars worth of product. I have repeatedly called about this issue and have had no explanation given. The last few calls have gone to voicemail when trying to reach management. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Buyer beware! This company is shady! I have read the reviews about this company, and I have had a very similar experience. I gave the company a lot of leway with how long it was taking due to the pandemic. In the end, I finally reached out to them. I was told they would check with UPS to find out where my package was. I waited days to receive updates until I would be forced to reach out myself. Once I did, it was clear they had not looked into anything. I also tried to track the package myself and the # came up as invalid. I asked for either a refund or a legitimate update on my package or I would file a dispute with Visa. I have yet to hear back from them. My advice is to avoid unprofessional companies like this. Their website looks like it is right out of the mid 90s, thats the first red flag...Update: this was from some time ago, I wanted to let people know, after communicating with VISA, I was able to get my money back. I dont know what exactly transpired, as VISA basically gives the company 2 weeks to either dispute or resolve the matter. I received the money deposited back to my account, and was never emailed or reached out to again (from VISA, or the company). I have read many other experiences like mine on Google reviews, and many positive as well. Id love to know why there is such a huge difference in experiences.I had used this company twice in the past to get paper. Both times I received my order. However, I later found after ordering Zerkall smooth, 140gsm from 2 other companies that they actually sent me the 100gsm Zerkall. I always thought that the paper seemed thin for 140gsm, but I thought nothing of it until ordering the same stock from Talas.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them! They have had the worst customer service ever. I placed my order easily enough but then when it came, 3 items were backordered which was fine. One of the backordered items came the following week but when I received the invoice, it said one of the items still on backorder had been charged to my credit card but the other had not. I wanted to confirm that I would still receive the item because the discrepancy in charging wasnt clear. I called them up and discussed and then received another invoice charging the other backordered item plus all of the paper that I had ordered and already paid for was shown on the new invoice. I just thought it was a mixup so wasnt too concerned. Because of the pandemic that was happening, when I did receive the shipping tube, I did not open immediately since Ive been quarantining my mail for a few days before opening. I noticed on my husbands bank statement that I really had been charged twice for the paper. When I did open the shipping tube, I realized they had sent me all the same paper again- paper I had received and paid for with the original order. Although after counting it out, they substituted a different less expensive paper for some of it but I was charged for the more expensive sheets AND they shorted me one of the blotters I had paid for. I had to call, call, call and finally they were able to get the proper amount credited but they have still not sent me a shipping label for the return, so once again, its at a stand still since the credit wont happen until we have shipped it. Ive called and emailed without response. Needless to say, we are afraid if we did ship it back, they would not credit the amount. I cant believe they can stay in business operating this way and wont be ordering from them in the future.

I ordered tools from here for a class. I received an email that said they were back ordered which was fine. When I email them back to check on my order I was told it had shipped. I never received the tools. I have a very large secure mail box for business and know the mail people.I never received an email with tracking. Nothing. I was told by Jackie that nothing could be done. They kept my money and stopped returning my calls and emails. I spent over 70$ to find out they suck.

Papers what I ordered never arrive. The customer personnel keep ignore my inquiry, 600+USD( they have charged to my credit card just on the day I orderd) never refund. Shame.

Even one star is not worth it. This place has horrible customer service - it took them 5 months to ship 1/3 of what we ordered. It took them 1 whole year to get the other 1/3 of our shipment. Its been more than a year now and we still did not get 1/3 of our remaining items... I do not understand how they can be doing business like this. They are filled with lies and more lies to printmakers that were expecting honest and good products. They even closed down their facebook page so I have nothing else to say.

Im a printmaker and Ive been buying inks, paper, and other supplies from them for years with no problems. Theyll call or email if something is backordered. They will personally drive your shipment to the post office if you indicate that you need it by a certain date. They offer all of the products Ive ever needed with the exception of large format materials, such as oversized rollers. For whatever reason, in general, these are hard to come by, and I usually just order from Conrad Machine Co. Otherwise, the customer service is wonderful, and the quality of their goods stellar. Highly recommend.

Had a bad experience w this company! Tracked them down from the distributor in Toronto & ordered 10 sheets of rice paper from them. I was quoted one price & I specified that I wanted it shipped USPS 1st. class as it generally cost about 1/2 as PM 2day & is just as fast. Anyway I thought Id check my credit card to see how much I was charged for shipping as the person that took my order never gave me a total.About the same time I received a call from them that the order taker got my card wrong & would I please call to correct her error. When I called, seeing how this basis was messed up, I asked for the total details of my order. 1st. off, the price I was quoted was doubled. 2nd. I was told that it was being shipped FedX @ a hefty cost, needless to say & then I was told that if I wanted it shipped the way I asked it to be, it would be held up for 3 days because they used a second party to ship because it was cheaper for them but about 30% more for the customer!!There is much more to this story but I wont get into it. Just be advised that these people are major Tricksters & if you have to deal with them, which I will never again, double check ever detail!! Beware!!

The worst company and customer service ever. I ordered three new litho stones from them four years ago. They took my several thousand dollar deposit and since wont return my messages or calls regarding where these stones are many years later. Obviously they aren’t here and I just want some reassurance why because they have several thousand dollars of mine and they apparently don’t respect that nor do they care about costomer concerns about undelivered products (see all the other reviews) or customer’s concerns about what is obviously a troubling lack of communications. I’ve called probably 30+ times with no response. Other experiences with this company ordering for my school or studio have been terrible. They have absolutely the worst reputation around with printmakers. Unreliable, untrustworthy and careless. They try to hide behind the fact that theyre a small family company but usually the strength of a small family company is customer relations and graphic chemical utterly fails in this regard. I do whatever I can to stay clear of these people. Orders for my public print shop will go to others such as Takach or Renaissance.
