Yes, as a low volume walk in buyer, occasionally you may find a pressing large quantity order pushes you to the side, and the super attention may not be available. My work sent me out from California to move some equipment but misplaced the tow bar. with my client losing patients with me. I called in not knowing a thing about steel and Steven was able to read between the lines and help me out. My order ready in 20mins! Cut and everything. The gentleman that helped me at will call was nice as well, sadly I didnt catch his name. I drilled some holes, installed the hitch coupler and away I went! You guys saved my butt! Thank you!!

Brian T -Where is the best place to buy metal from? I live in the city and this is about the only place I found that seems to cater to individual customers. Their prices seem reasonable but they are a bit trip for me to just stop by for some casual shopping.

Easy to order over the phone. My metal was cut to size and I was able to pick it up in less than 24 hours.

This place has the worst customer service. Submit a quote and your lucky to here from them in a week. And if you need something on Friday forget it. If you complain then they will call you names and procrastinate even more. Craftsmanship is way below par .

I called yesterday looking to buy some a2 flats, random sizes for tool making... was told that I could come in and browse through the drops by the pound...I come to the store today... nothing except round bar? I ask if he knows where I can get some? Nah I really dontAnd then was suggested to buy some 304 !!What a joke!
