So very helpful! I needed a notary and he went out of his way to help me even though Fed Ex doesn’t have one. He gave me two places I could use and even checked to see if they were open. Great customer service!

When you deliver a heavy package ( full length crank shaft for a vehicle) please do not place it on the screen of the front porch. Thankfully I was right there for the delivery when the young man placed it against the screen and I was able to pull it off. Please have the drivers be aware of the weight of a package and never leave one against the screen !!

I recently needed to print an important document quickly and was not sure where to go. I brought my thumb drive to FedEx, and the employee, Johnnie was extremely welcoming and helpful. He helped picked out the best paper to put it on, and within 10 minutes I was back in the car on my way! Thanks Johnnie!

Long story short.... they went way out of there way and beyond the call of service to solve a problem.

The staff here us always helpful and keeps the mood happy. My work has me shipping fedex almost daily and I will drive a few extra miles to go to this store.

Outstanding service! We had bought the Monorail train set while at Disney. It was a bit too big for carry-on and we weren’t willing to trust packing it - so we decided on FedEx. So glad we did. The gentleman working at this location did an excellent job of advising us and he took extra care packing it up (it was a Christmas gift). It arrived in Canada safe and sound and on time. So happy!!!!

Came in to get a music festival wristband shipped out quickly, and the girl working here was very friendly and made the process quick and simple. Fedex shipped it fast, within 2 days of me walking in the store, the person who bought my wristband received it! Good customer service, well ran.

Very unpleased...got out of hospital to late to mail at post office wanted to send a legal document (letter) to a lawyer 3 or 4 days due to needing it there beforeSept. 4. Asked to buy an envelope because I didnt even have that on me so I could place documents inside envelope and send. Found out have to have drivers license for that!!! Really??? You can clearly see what it is im buying an envelope and its not a package......WOW!!! Then find out it wouldnt go out anyway if I did have one until 5:30pm the next day!!! No thank u for your service or lack there of. I will stick with post office even though their hours make it hard to get there before they close. Better service the however and they dont make you feel like youre on trial just to mail a letter!!!!

Shipped packages twice. First time they seemed very uninterested in what I had to say and asked questions as if I worked there and knew the lingo and what they were looking for. Second time very rude acted like I was stupid. Made me feel like I was annoying and an inconvenience. And then at the end she asked me to write a good review about the experience in the most chipper voice I got the entire time I was there. I know customers can be difficult but I don’t ship many packages and they made me feel incompetent.
