Land of Sleep is hands down the BEST place to get mattresses. Our first experience was so positive, we have replaced every mattress in our home since. Zach is very kind, professional, and easy to work with. And where else can you get same day delivery?? Nowhere! Do yourself a favor and go to Land of Sleep!

Tae and Zack were very professional, courteous, kind and went out of their way to deliver. This is definitely the company to buy your bed from. This is the second time I’ve bought from them and both times they were very good. The best and only place to shop for a mattress. Tried the usual places but so happy we came here. John and entire staff were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Spent a lot of time with us. We tried lots of styles. Finally bought and scheduled FREE delivery and takeaway. Right on time! Unfortunately, after 3 days sleeping on it, we knew we had made the wrong mattress choice. One phone call, a quick store visit by my husband, a FaceTime with me and the replacement was on it’s way. Arrived10 minutes after my husband got home. Took original back and the price difference was CREDITED to our account the next day. That’s right, replacement was less expensive! And they did this all yesterday morning, beating out Elsa’s wind and rain!! The entire staff from Sales to Delivery is professional , courteous and truly understanding of their customer’s needs. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I purchased a full mattress for a guest room. I was probably in the place for about 20 minutes total, in which time I was shown a selection of mattresses, picked one that I really liked at a very reasonable price, and purchased it. I picked a delivery day, and it was delivered exactly when promised. I purchased my master bedroom mattress from the same place 3 years ago, and that experience was good, too. I definitely recommend Land of Sleep.

Please believe me when I sincerely say that Land Of Sleep is an excellent store to buy your next bed and or mattress. It is an exceptionally well-run family owned and run business who are truly knowledgeable, caring, considerate and helpful. I just bought my Tempur-Pedic mattress with them, and I could not be more pleased with the great price, mattress and their delivery service. They delivered it carefully, professionally and on time. Everything was perfect and I could not be happier or more satisfied.

Best place to buy a mattress. Good prices, wide selection, no sales or time pressure. The salesman who assisted us, Zach, knew his products well and with a few questions was able to narrow our search and provide logical advice. They had a good selection and Zach was very helpful and not pushy like some of the other stores. The mattress was delivered and set up at my house within an hour. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Great place to shop for a mattress. The salesman was very knowledgeable without applying any pressure. The service folks were also great, performing extra tasks without any hesitation. They delivered and setup our new double twin mattresses with power articulating bed frames, moved our king mattress to our other home, then disposed our old, old queen mattress. If that seems like a lot, they even came back a few months later to install our new headboard (took us a while to purchase a headboard) all at no additional cost.

Just bought a new mattress from Zach at Land if Sleep Venice. I do not believe I have ever done business with a more honest, considerate, and knowledgeable salesperson. No pressure. I went once to look for a new mattress. Zach helped me pick out three possibilities. I went home and returned the next day to show my wife my choices. Once again Zach spent a lot of time explaining each mattress. We went home and talked it over and I returned the next day and made the purchase along with two pillows. Their price was very competitive. I would highly recommend Land of Sleep. I would never go anywhere else for a mattress purchase. This business is first class.

Very impressed! Main reason I went in was to purchase a queen mattress set. Thought I knew what firmness I wanted until I tried out a couple. Prices are very reasonable and I was able to lock in prices for twin sizes for purchasing in a couple of months. Highly recommend!

We just had a wonderful experience, went in found a bed, no attempts to upsell us. They delivered it the next day and when I realized my box spring choice ( could get 5 or 8) was the wrong one because of the bed sides they brought me the correct one within 2 hours!

My husband and I bought a new mattress, from Land of Sleep in Venice, just over two weeks ago and it was just too firm, we were waking up sore and stiff. We decided it couldnt hurt to ask if we could exchange it for a softer mattress and they were happy to do it. They even had it delivered within the hour! We had, by far, the best experience with Land of Sleep!!

We bought a Simmons Lucinda mattress from Land of Sleep in 2012. The mattress was great for the first 6 months after which it started to loose support and body location indentation. It got progressively worse and causing back pain. After a year we went to the Store and mentioned what happened, they came to our house and measured the indentation and agreed that the mattress was bad. They offered for us to replace the mattress, we opted for the same mattress thinking the first was a manufacture flaw. The replacement also was good for about 6-8 month and the same failure occurred. Again we approached the store and they evaluated the mattress and agreed it was a bad one. They also agreed to replace this mattress. We opted to go with a different manufacturer Serta iSeries Expression. They did not have it in stock but ordered it for us. We paid the difference in price - getting full credit for what we paid for the original mattress, and the mattress was delivered within 30 minutes of settling the difference. Great customer service- I believe above and beyond. They have 2 stores - one in Venice FL and one in Sarasota Fl. Will highly recommend this business to all.

Poor customer service, very rude. Bought a mattress and box spring they did not last a year. Box spring slat broke and they told me it was my son’s fault. This led the mattress to sag. Would never recommend.
