Warm inviting office, and friendly staff here. My audiologist was out of town and I needed an emergency fix (replace the tubing for my aid) and they were able to do it for a small fee.

Dr. Lundstrom exceeded my expectations in every way . Her attention to my issues, thorough examination and caring manor created a wonderful experience. I’m a customer for life.

My Mother has recently located to Venice and luckily we connected with Dr. Sarah Lundstrom at HearCare Audiology. Dr. Sarah and her assistant, Claire, have been most welcoming and patient as we work to find a good fitting for my Mothers particular hearing issues. Fitted for Lyric, but one ear with simple touch was just “beeping” after I left office. They were able to bring me back in later in the day, but I decided removing them (pain) was best idea. I return in 2 Days to have them refitted, as I want to hear! I’m feeling positive! They seem most willing to be sure I find what works for me.

I just completed my most recent checkup with HearCare’s Venice location. Sarah Lundstrom was professional, courteous, and punctual as usual. She spent time reviewing the condition of my devices as well as my last hearing test. Since I have been using their products for some time I’m interested in what is happening with the current technology. Sarah took the time to explain the current state of the art devices that are available and discussed what may be available in the near future. I have always been satisfied with the personnel , professionalism and products I have received from HearCare and I wold highly recommend it.

When I first came for my new set of hearing aids, I was so empressed with the professionalism of this office. Dr. Sarah Lundstrom was thorough and introduced me gently to hear better. After several visits I was up to normal hearing. It takes a few weeks to introduce you to being able to hear correctly. I have been with her for 2 years and am so happy with Dr Sarah and this office. Needed filters for my hearing aids, went by and they were very helpful in getting the right ones. I was from out of town and end result was getting the filters at no cost. I would recommend this office to anyone needing hearing aids or service.

I have struggled with my need to wear a hearing aid and the stigma that surrounds those needing to use hearing aids. I delayed going to an audiologist as I feared now needing to use hearing aids in both ears. I missed many conversations, responded with wrong answers to questions and often seemed rude as I didn’t respond when spoken to as I hadn’t heard. Was referred to Dr. Sarah Lundstrom (Venice Office) by a friend. Ive been wearing hearing aids for nearly 4 years. Went for my annual test just to check things out. What a nice surprise. Sarah made me feel very comfortable and spent more time with me than Ive experienced over the past 4 yrs.. She ran tests I had never had done previously. Sarah patiently allowed me to trial two different manufacturer aids over a two week period. I settled on Oticon OPN1s......what a change from my previous set. New to Venice, walking into the Venice Hear Care office literally changed my life! I was delighted to find an audiologist not only extremely capable, but also compassionate! Dr. Sarah Lundstrum is the best! From the first diagnostic testing, very thorough and comprehensive, to follow-up visits, very accommodating. She has a great passion to see her patients succeed! Dr. Lundstrom is an assit to her profession and the hearing impaired community! Hear Care , Venice, is awesome! From the minute you walk in!!!

I was referred to Hearcare Audiology by my former audiologist because after 9 attempts, we still could not get the hearing aid tuned the way I thought it ought to perform. I took a new hearing test and ordered a very different kind of hearing aid, an Oticon Opn 1. The following week I put it on for the first time and never looked back. To quote a friend who mentioned that hearing aid to me:I got my life back. I found I was hearing with much improved clarity, much less extraneous noises, less effort and comfort too. My wife also says it looks better on me.The part I value HearCare most is they have a speech mapping machine that transmits a speech babble made up of some 33 languages into my ear while a tiny probe inserted next to the hearing aid measures and analyses what is being heard. This allows the doctor to fine tune objectively the hearing aid to achieve optimal results. Remember the 9 adjustments attempts I had and still not satisfied? This does it in one shot and we can literally see that it is optimal. That is a service worth having if one is springing for a top drawer hearing aid. I believe it is neigh impossible for a newbie hearing aid user to know what an optimally tuned hearing aid should sound like, never mind trying to describe with any accuracy where the response curve it needs to be adjusted. It is a shot in the dark.Meanwhile, I am very happy with what I got and with all the very helpful staff there.Victor S
