They accidentally shipping the wrong Bullets. Left a voicemail and sent an email. I was called back in an hour by Jim who knew exactly what happened. He shipped the right bullets and a return label for the old bullets. Jims courtesy, friendliness and professionalism is second to none. They made a life long customer and will definitely recommend them.

FYI - THEY TAKE ORDERS 6 DAYS A WEEK ONLINE. Although their retail shop is closed to the public except on Saturdays. You can pick up the orders on Sat. at their Venice shop OR have it shipped, but to say theyre closed 6 days a week isnt really true. - Online Orders 6 days a week, open to public 1 day a week.Awesome prices and very knowledgeable staff. The new place in Venice is much nicer and has more inventory. Special orders are welcome, which was great for my needs. Since this is really the only retail shop between Ft. Myers & Tampa, Im pretty happy.

Great service great products. I have bought .357 mag brass, 308 win brass and 7mm Rem Mag brass all quality with enough extra that you come out ahead it is well sorted to begin with. The only issue I have had is with the NATO brass 4 of the cases had punch holes beside the flash hole. I bought 150 and still come out on the good side. Highly recommend them.

Cases arrived fast and in great condition at a really low price and the free shipping really helped out lowering the unit price on the 55gr projectiles. Absolutely recommend these guys, they replaced my previous supplier just from the customer service. Great group here.

Local friendly shop that has everything reloading you could ever want. Knowledgeable local owner, he even will hand load rare ammunition coustom order and is also a FFL for weapon transfers. In store prices are cheaper then on the website. I truly wish i found the store earlier before i just spent 800$ online to fill my shelves (with shipping and hazmat fees). Keep it LOCAL people, this is my go to spot from now on.
