Came into here with my boyfriend a few days ago looking for ideas on a promise ring. The staff worked with me not having a clue what I like or wanted and Valerie made sure to ask questions if she didnt know.We returned a couple days later to check out their sales event and the very ring I first found was on sale! I found this great store in the spring 2021, caught a sale! During the fall sale I brought in two pieces I had that were not making me happy. Our experience has been better than ever here at the Classic Creations In Diamonds & Gold in Venice. Staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable in the jewelry industry. We had ring needing a silver color change and couple of Sapphires added instead of the original 💎 diamonds. I walked in without knowing anything about this place and was instantly impressed! The show room is beautiful and the staff was like family friends; knowledgeable, friendly but not at all stuffy! I was a “nothing “ customer just needing a couple watch batteries and a clasp for a fake gold necklace. They still treated me like I was a hi Guly valued customer and gladly fixed my broken necklace. I was happy to learn they are a family business and I will be back!

I was always going to check out Classic Creations, but I thought (based on the name) they would be expensive. I finally tried them with a watch repair. They are reasonably priced, friendly, very customer oriented and very knowledgeable. Also, I would try them first with my next jewelry purchase.

What a delight to interact with Karen. I asked for advice and she gave me detailed information upon which I was able to make a decision with which Im very happy. Thank you, Karen for cleaning my rings and finding that I needed a repair on one of the rings.

They are a wonderful staff of people to work with. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Never any pressure and they give you options with your issues. Ive done watch repair, appraisal and purchased items there and will continue to go back. They seem to be always busy with customers but have a large enough staff to get to you in short order.

Went in today to have my watch repaired. Beautiful showroom! The people there are incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable immediately, and I there was an air of trust from these people. I wasnt there to buy anything and they still treated me like a king! Great place. I will return!

Two years ago, I bought a ring which was customized using my diamonds and some additional diamonds that I bought at the store. Every single person in the process was kind and helpful. Yesterday I discovered I was missing a diamond. I had purchased insurance when I bought the ring so I went to the store to see what the process was. Once again, every single person I encountered was kind and helpful. They are replacing the stone without going through the process of filing a claim.
