Tom & Ross, the pharmacy, do an excellent job! Both are professional & very pleasant - unlike many pharmacies Ive been to. Most of the staff in that department are pleasant as well Tom & Ross are perfect models for other pharmacies to follow. They fill my prescriptions with no problems. But if there is a problem, Tom & Ross take care of things quickly & communicate very well. Im so glad I moved to this CVS location!

The cvs on 41 bypass n Venice Florida is the worst cvs I’ve ever been too. The have been so rude every time I go in. They always say there is a problem with my rewards I never get to use them. Also they were very very rude to my parents who are older they would not fill my mothers percription, they told her to get off the shelf and they weren’t filling it. I have never been treated so badly in my life. Me and my parents will never go on there again, I suggest everyone else do the same

I went over there to get photos done up at the photo kiosk because the online app wasnt working when I attempted to choose and download my photos 4(four) times. Had the app worked like it was suppose to, I wouldnt have gone into CVS at all.. The computer screens are facing towards the isles. I sat there for over 10 minutes, going through over 5,000 photos on the computer screen after connecting the wire to my phone. An old man walked by...slowly...staring at my computer screen and trying to see whats on it with a huge smile on his face, even though my cousin was TRYING to cover it with a calender between the computers. That was COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL. Theres absolutely no privacy when you are looking through your photos to choose which ones that you wish to have printed up. EVERYONE deserves the right to privacy. The computers should be facing towards the wall or they should be placed in booths with curtains (like the photo booths inside of the mall) to give customers privacy. Upon paying for my photos, the register decided to give me problems with my photo order ticket and it took 5 extra minutes to complete my transaction. But, PRIVACY is a must...it couldve been a more comfortable experience. I feel like Ive been violated.

The lady working the counter on April 27 around 9 am looked and acted the part of the wicked witch of the west. Horrible experience , I was shopping with instacart for a customer whos CVS card i didnt have readily available.. Why cant they just scan a CVS card behind the counter ?? Anyways I had to cancel my order because no CVS card and it made a 20 dollar difference. Poor customer service. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if i could.

This Pharmacy team helped me greatly when I experienced a huge overcharge due to an insurance SNAFU. They were understanding, cooperative and acted swiftly to correct the charges. A busy place with a caring team.

Had my spare key so didnt have my rewards card. Tried 2 different phone numbers that i know work everytime at my local CVS. Tells me not valid then charges full price for drinks when should have been 2 for $3 with rewards card. Walgreens would have scanned a universal card and let me have the discount. Obviously not CVS. Just bad business. Stop making people have a card to get the deal just so you can spam me with unwanted emails.
