When it comes to buying a car I can haggle a fair price with any sales manager. My sales manager Lance is a true professional to the letter. Lance didnt try to pressure me into buying a vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot.Bottom line my next vehicle will come from Jenkins Chevrolet, you can too just stop by and look folks, its FREE to look.

$577.00 dollars labor to replace engine temp sensor and engine coolant outlet & thermostat was a ripoff! I will never go back for any service again. Both parts replaced in you tube videos in less than one hour with instruction time, tools and parts description. Drain coolant remove sensor , remove outlet three bolts , install new parts . No service provider can justify this labor charge! Car never over heated why was thermostat replaced?

Went in for a oil change on my corvette, was told forty to forty five mins, 2 1/2 hrs later they did a whole inspection on my vehicle which I did not ask for they told me things that were wrong with my vehicle that I know were just done. They gave me a quote of $3100. Went to get in my vehicle and notice that my percentage gage on my vehicle for oil was still at 36%. I went back to the service manager to report the issue He went to the mechanic came back to tell me that the mechanic said that it must be broke because he tried to set it. Then the service manager told me that he could bring it back in but it would take awhile. I just left because in my heart I knew something was not sitting well with Me. I went home went to YouTube and it was a 10 sec. fix. I was told that this mechanic was the only one who works on corvettes. Went against my better judgment to even go there before hand but had to get oil change before my regular mechanic could schedule me in. Next time I will wait for my mechanic. Would not recommend Jenkins Chevrolet to anyone not even my worst enemy. Treat people fair is a good business policy and they will refer others to you if you don’t they will not recommend anyone. I really don’t understand their method of doing business. Because my car was not knew they thought they could fool me not knowing that I am mechanically inclined and there estimated cost was outrageous, even if the work they said need to be done it would cost half that. Stay away from Jenkins Chevrolet.

Bernie did a great job listening to what my needs were and helping me pick the right truck. Bernie also did a great job showing the features/benefits of the trail boss pick up truck. The test drive was fun and informative. Bernie and sales management were able to find a number we could all agree with without any down time. Keeping positive momentum from start until I became a sold customer. I am completely satisfied.

Our sales consultant, Payton, was very friendly and helpful during the entire sales process. He answered all of our questions very professionally. Our sales experience was not high pressure at all. Payton addressed all of our concerns and took the time to explain the options that were available to us. Payton introduced us to various departments to familiarize us with future employees that we will be interacting with. I had an appt for standard service (oil change and tire rotation) at 10… I was outta there JUST as the “View” aired on the tv (Thank God!), which was at 11. The service writers/advisors were spot on and friendly, even though it was clear (I work at a marina that provides service) they were VERY busy. I have zero complaints and nothing but praise from the moment of arrival to checkout and departure. Class ONE dealership, service and organization. I highly recommend buying and/or servicing your GM product here.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated while I waited. It took about 40 minutes, which I was happy with. I had a coupon for $59 oil and rotation. Since my car only takes 6 quarts, they gave me another discount. I was happy with that too.🙂

Steven was professional and took care of me from check in to departure. The service team did a flush of my transmission fluid and replaced with new per the Chevrolet warranty. It only took two hours. While waiting I got to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and some snacks. I will be back as this dealership is my default dealership and authorized to work on my car. Thanks again!

My dashboard had a few minor cracks around air-bag area which I had sealed about a year ago. I have been very careful not to cause more damage as I am aware that GM lawsuit for the cracking dash issue was dismissed. So I take my truck in to have the airbag safety recall completed and now my dash is much much worse. In fact parts are now broken & loose. So I immediately go back into the service office. The lady follows me out to my truck and tells me it was brittle & there is nothing we can do about it. Wow okay - Not buying my next vehicle from this dealer again. Ill be sure to let others know of my experience also.

Great experience working with Jake in sales. I purchase a new to me Camaro convertible which had just been taken in. Even though it was noted there were small body issues, they are taking it in to repair all of it as part of the purchase. Hearing the stories about the previous owner and just taking with Jake, it felt like our hometown dealer that we were very good customers of back in Illinois before moving to Florida, so thank you for the hospitality.. I purchased a used truck from this dealer and was told by the salesman it had a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. After a week of having it the starter started making a squeaking sound. I took it to Jenkins and was told it was not covered because it doesn’t have a warranty as stated by the salesman. I confronted him and he said I never told you that.They will say anything to make a sale even if it is a lieI would recommend not doing business with this deceitful dealer.

Buyers Beware!Ive purchased 4 new cars from this dealership location in Venice over the past 15 years, but as the sales manager told me several times last week, Its not Bill Buck anymore. Youre doing business with Jenkins now!That response, excuse, was given several times when I asked why their processes didnt accommodate the customer. Prices are gouged. Accessories with inflated prices are forced. Vehicles are dirty with high mileage, but sold as new with no explanation for excess miles, dirty interiors, or chipped exterior paint. The finance manager cared more about his break than answering my questions. He consistently answered that I should have directed any questions to my salesman. No one had answers and responded that I should have asked the other guy. When I seemed frustrated with this lack of customer care I was told it was because I walked in too late in the day and they all just wanted to leave. I was assured I had 60 days to cancel any items I didnt want at signing even though I said no initially, but these finance managers relentlessly push add-ons and use fear tactics to convince buyers to insure and warranty everything and provide no time to think about it. No was not an acceptable answer. Nothing was provided to read before signing by simply touching the screen of an iPad. I only realized they had locked me in for a rate double for what I qualified for (more kickbacks) when they handed me a folder with a few papers (no odometer disclosure) showing my final financed amount totaling close to $15,000 over sticker price as they walked me out to my dirty, 500-mile vehicle with chipped paint...no exaggeration! The next day when my head stopped spinning and I tried to determine where my $10,000 down payment had gone, I went back into the dealership to get the car cleaned and make a plan for the damaged paint. I met with the general manager to try to make sense of what happened. Buyers Remorse is what they tried to call it, but it was just catching up to how they had completely robbed me! When I started to go through the entire list of how wrong things had gone from start to finish, the general manager finally agreed to rip up the overpriced initial contract and use my down payment toward another vehicle that wasnt so obviously used and overpriced. Unfortunately this took us through round two of sitting down with another finance manager that wanted to convince us to purchase any and every extended warranty and insurance policy (his commission), and treated us with disrespect when we wouldnt budge on purchasing any of the policies.I failed to put up my guard going in since I was used to Bill Buck taking time and care of their customers. When I walked into Jenkins they saw me as prey and feasted on me like a school of money hungry piranhas. I had no expectation of how the current low inventory situation put me at a disadvantage because, as the sales manager told me several times, they didnt need my business. If I wasnt willing to pay the inflated prices with higher than necessary interest rates and additional forced add-ons that totaled several thousand dollars above sticker price for them to get all their kickbacks, then someone else would. I needed a car, and the sales and finance managers at Jenkins took advantage of that.They used fear to try to convince me there werent options and prices would likely increase in coming weeks or months since less inventory means higher prices. There are still cars available! Do your homework before you visit Jenkins to purchase a car! Get preapproved for an auto loan before you go in, and most importantly, take your time! They will rush you and make you think you dont have time to shop around or ask questions. If you cant stand up for yourself, then take someone with you that can. This dealership is swarming with salesmen that are sly and great at peeling your money from your fingers and pockets so they can put it in their own. I dont know how they sleep at night. Buyers Beware!

My experience with the service person writing up my concerns was great. Patrick did his job well & explained each step of the way. My problem is with GM & the dealership itself. I lease my car from GM & was given a 4 year lease in a three year warranty car. A person expects a car to last more than 3 years. I have had intermittent problems with sensors & even the car shutting down for no reason. Safety features I rely on were in jeopardy (ie airbags & side detection system) due failed sensors and modules. And they are my cost. I find this to be an outrage! I have owned other GM cars for a lot longer without any issues. One would think a manufacturer & dealership would stand behind their product by not passing this cost on to the consumer & covering it under a longer warranty. Those of us retired & on a fixed income find it difficult to pay $733 for sensors & then drive it out of the dealership half mile down the road to find that the side detection system has failed again…3-4 times since I bought it. Poor construction. Would love to by another GM car but am hesitant to do so.

We bought a brand new 2019 Chevy Silverado and a year later the back window started leaking! Called made appointment to have it fixed came in with my truck they sent me away saying that they would have needed the truck for the entire day and do r have anyone here to fix it . that was the whole reason why we called and made an appointment!! We called to make another appointment and they told us they could not give us a loaner while they had our vehicle for the entire day! Ask to talk to Jason the service manager had to leave him several voicemails he still has never returned our calls ..this company will not fix your vehicles they have you by expensive trucks and then when they start falling apart they will not fix them even if they are still under warranty! Buyers beware!! I have done my diligence to try to get in touch with them and get this matter fixed now Im dealing with mold in my truck

I went in thinking that I wanted a Trax. For the test drive, he had a Trailblazer out for me to test drive. He let me sit in a Trax. It was too small in the front seats. Brandon was great! Good communication and did everything he said he would do. However, I am not pleased with the detailing I received for my truck. The outside was dusty by the time the work was done and I picked it up. They also did not do the inside of my truck. I am very disappointed in the thoroughness of the detailing and I paid $280!

He communicated extremely well via email and phone pre-arrival and went out of his way to wash my new truck and remove a pin stripe when nobody else was there to do it after hours. I brought my camaro there because the temperature gauge was not reading and made my fan motor run constantly. I told them it was the thermostat and that the part is still under Warrenty. The dealership told me it was a sensor that of course was not covered paid $511 and 2 weeks later the problem happens again and now the Warrenty is up. They tell me it’s the thermostat and I need to pay another $500. Ridiculous2nd post:To my surprise when I went in to pick up my car the dealership told me there was no charge. Very nice to see that they did the right thing. I will continue to use this dealership

I hate to write poor reviews for businesses, but my experience at this establishment was so unsatisfactory that I unfortunately felt that I had to. My elderly father who was ill purchased a vehicle from Bill Buck in Venice just two days before he passed away. Upon arriving to Venice to manage our fathers estate, my brother and I quickly learned that our father was sold a used vehicle that was not cleaned properly prior to driving it off of the lot. This was evidenced by brown stains covering the interior roof and back seat of the vehicle. In addition to this finding, we also discovered the high interest rate that he was provided with upon purchasing the vehicle. My brother and I met with a manager in person to discuss this and to figure out what our options were in our efforts to settle our fathers estate most efficiently. When I brought up the issue of the unkempt vehicle asking if this is standing practice to not the products prior to driving off, we were unfortunately met with the response of, not if the customer is willing to buy it. I found this response unacceptable as a business owner myself, but could already tell that it was not going to be helpful for me to pursue this issue any further as I was met with combative responses to other concerns brought up such as the high APR and requests for a refund as the vehicle was just recently purchased that week. My brother and I left the establishment feeling both demoralized and defeated. It was already hard enough experiencing the loss of our father, but this was the icing on the cake. I unfortunately would not recommend this business to another potential buyer due to the above concerns. I am enclosing pictures to reflect the state of the vehicle that was sold to a paying customer.

Brought in my 3500 Silverado today for service, first time visit and it was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly my service was completed well within expectation and there was no pressure for any additional unnecessary service I have received at other service locations in the past. My service advisor Branden Card was great he kept me informed of the status and provided me with quotes for tires which are a great price so I will definitely be back for all my future service needs. I would definitely recommend this service location. Only issue was the online service appointment didnt show up one their end even though it was confirmed online but they took me in and performed the service anyway with no issue so I will just call in the future.Keep up the good work!

Seems overpriced for what they are selling used. The person helping us was not matching inventory to what we were looking for. Looking at muscle car option to be shown an Impala is not a great start.

From the moment the tow truck pulled in the service was excellent. The corvette mechanic came right out and with a physic vision diagnosed the problem and had the solution before the car was unloaded. The service group was right there and found they had the part needed in stock and could get right to work on it. 3 hours later they called and it was done. Thought I was in a Nascar garage it was so quick ;).

Inventory was extensive with many options to choose from. Salesman Micheal did a wonderful job showing all features of each vehicle. Micheal was able to answer any question asked and when unsure of answer quickly found and relayed information.

My wife leased at 2021 Chevy from Jenkins’s in Venice, Florida. We could not figure out how to use the hands free application for making calls while she traveled to and from work. The salesman, Jared Pruitt sat with my wife in her car and helped her adjust her phone’s settings to activate the hands free settings. We had tried for a week to accomplish this task. Jared was understanding and knowledgeable enough to make needed adjustments in her phone to connect with her new car. We would recommend this salesperson to anyone needing a replacement auto.

Once they found the misplaced part from the day before they installed it to my satisfaction. They did check something else for me but never wrote it down on the slip they gave me so I had to make a second trip back to ask about it. It was looked it and adjusted. All good. I work in the automotive business and know its tough. Communication is very important to any customer.

The battery on my 2015 GMC Yukon died. I am returning to St. Louis later this week and I wanted to be sure there was nothing else wrong with the vehicle. I called Jenkins when they opened and they accommodated me the very same morning. Steve Beebe was my service advisor. He explained what they would do to check the vehicle and the battery. I asked for an oil change while the car was in the shop. I waited for about an hour for the service to be completed. A new battery, tire rotation and oil change, the vehicle is ready to go. Well done Jenkins and well done Steve. I appreciate the accommodation and the great service.
