Ecowater system products are actually good quality materials. The staff that answers the phone is disrespectful and makes you feel unappreciated and unwelcomed. I bought a whole new system for $5000+ and the owner kenny didnt give me the time of day nor did I even meet him. I had an after hours call because I had an emergency no water. The installer that came was the worst, sloppiest , unprofessional Ive ever seen. He dropped my submersible pump like 3 times in the water tank and got pvc blue glue ALL over my pipes and concrete slab. He was in a hurry to get out of there from the getgo. Even before he came to my house he tried to convince me that it was my electrical box and to call an electrician. He said that because he is lazy and didnt want to do his job. He was here for an hour and a half and all he did was reset my safety pressure switch on my pump. I was charged $440. That was the last straw. There are many water treatment companies in SWFL that are respectful, fairly priced but above all else compassionate and kind. You wont find that here at Eco in Venice. Theres only one installer I have met there who is professional, respectful and very, very good and his job. I would have been a loyal faithful customer for life. All I ask is to be respected, be charged fairly and just do your job with pride and respect my property.

If there was any way possible to give a negative number of stars for this review I would but unfortunately google makes you give at least one star! I have never in my life witnessed a company with the most atrocious customer service skills as them! Obviously billing mistakes are a very common mistake with any company however, when a customer calls to try and figure out or correct the mistake, there is a way for it to be handled. Unless of course you are the manager at this Venice store, who thinks the proper way to handle it, is to make assumptions, argue with you the entire time, draw sad faces on your bill like a 2 year old child, call you names or better yet tell you that you better watch out before someone drops a house on you. I could go on and on but I just want everyone who reads this to know that I have lived here my entire life and I assure you there many other companies out there to choose besides this one, that will actually treat you with respect and great customer services as well as doing great work! Take my advice and dont make the same mistake we did!

My boyfriend and I couldnt thank Kenny and his whole team enough for working hard to take our old system away and putting in the new one. Kenny came out on a Thursday to take a look at what we got. He was so professional and knowledgeable the whole time. After sitting down talking price, he looked at his schedule and he ended up putting us down for Friday the next day between1-1:30. He fit us in because we did not have any water going to our house. Around 9 Friday morning Kenny let me know they were coming in about 15 minutes. They showed up and got to work right away. By the lunch time Kenny and his whole team was at our house getting the new system installed. I was so thankful I got pizza and made gatorade for the guys. Kenny and his team were all polite and professional. I highly recommend EcoWater Systems to work on your water system :)

We purchased an eco water system from Kenny in Venice Fl . We purchased it approximately 3 weeks ago . We are totally happy with the performance of the equipment and have had competitive water systems in the past however, none of them seemed to be as terrific as this one . Had an EcoWater system in Indiana for 28 yrs. Called EcoWater of Venice for a system in our new home. Kenny was great to work with and Dave was very good at the installation. They are competent, honest and knowledgeable.

Clayton is an informative, not pushy sales person. He does not try to oversell and helps you make an informed decision. David is all about getting the job done right. He explains the installation and operation of the EcoWater system. Great job.

This company contracts for Costco. Two gentlemen came to test our water and explain their recommendations. They were honest and businesslike. We signed a contract, and two installers came on time to install the system. They explained everything and were also honest and businesslike. One of the installers left a tool behind, and when he came to retrieve it, he helped me with an unrelated plumbing issue and loaned me a tool. I recc-ommend this company highly.

Working with Kenny was a pleasure and he provided all the information we need to make an informed decision. Installation was a breeze, and performed in a professional manner. Very pleased with EcoWater.

Eco Water is the best. They set up a full reverse osmosis system for a house we built in Venice and just a standard softener system in another house. Their work is very clean and very organized. The owner is very knowledgeable about how water needs to be and they will not overcharge to put a high tech water system if you do not need it..you will get what is required based on your water test and I know as a builder every well is different. The equipment is top notch with great warranties. I will not go anyplace else for my water needs!!!

I must amend my previous review. Eco Waters owner, Kenny, called me this morning. He was extremely nice and very supportive. He assures me he will address any issues that I have. I love my Eco Water system and Im thrilled that I can continue my association with them!I had whole house RO system installed in 2018. Dave the installer was great. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain the system. Since then every interaction with their office has been a nightmare. The woman who answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever tried to deal with. She screams at you while accusing you of screaming at her. She continually talks over you if you try to complain about something. This woman should never be allowed to answer the phone or deal with customers. Shes just mean as hell!!

I was with then for about 20 minutes. Three of them took time to make sure I was taken care of. They answered all my questions. I will always use Eco Water System, for my house. Thank you, for all your help.

Mike and his team from EcoWater were professional, knowledgeable and patient. I had researched many whole house water systems and had a lot of questions. Mike took lots of time answering all my questions when he was in our home and again later over the phone. The installation was timely and was completed exactly as Mike explained. Mike even came back out to our home after the installation to test our water to ensure the system was running smoothly. Our water tastes great! I will definitely recommend Mike and EcoWater to our family and friends.

Very nice people. I stopped in to get a part for an older softener but they didnt have it. Instead of trying to up sell me to a new system, they checked the back to see if they hard one from a system they had replaced. Turns out they did. The gentleman gave me the part for free. You dont find people like that anymore. I will definitely be using them when Im ready to replace my system.

We had Ecowater Systems install a water softener and reverse osmosis systems last week The sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. The installation was clean, neat and done professionally. We will recommend Ecowater Systems to our friends and relatives.

Customer service is severely lacking. Have a water machine for almost 5 yrs from them and under contract. The machine breaks down and they take it away to repair after multiple failed attempts at repairing in the office. They did not offer to give us a replacement machine until ours was fixed, and did not provide an idea of when the machine would be repaired despite multiple calls. I could not get any staff or manager to return my call in a timely manner. Finally, we get a replacement machine. The machine is dirty and moldy and the water tastes terrible. Turns out a few of the filters were old. They came out and cleaned machine and replaced the filters. In the meantime, they order us a new water machine which is on back order from the manufacturer. It has been months and no new machine. This old one starts leaking. So they send the repair man. He advises us our new machine doesnt have an ice maker like this one. He leaves after fixing the leak and five minutes later the machine is leaking again. I call and complain and they said they would send him back out. He never came. I also relayed how upset I was at this whole situation and they said they would have the general manager call me. He never called. When our contract is up, we are done with these people.

In an earlier review of the company it was clear that I wasnt happy how they had been treating my mother. Since then the owner of the company has contacted my mother and is working to rectify the ongoing issues.It is my hope that I can continue to move this companies rating up.

I have rented system from them, they FAILED to stand behind coupons they offered, i called due to fact the system was not using any salt, they told me it shows system is great after owning for 2 years having to put 4 bags of salt, my clothes were all destroyed along with all plumping fixtures, a huge mass of costs, when sold hopuse i explained how company doesnt care when iv called to say its not working they claim it is. horrible customer rep who handles calls! you can not force some one to stand behind their products. Culligan offers better service and exceptional systems

Poor/No customer service. Staff will talk over you non stop. My husband tried dealing with them 9 months ago and got so tired of hearing them tell him there was no problem that he gave up. He even asked to deal with the owner who sold us the $6000 unit but got no response. I tried to get the bad smell and yellowing of our sinks addressed by calling them out for a service. I got a 10 minute service of resetting the clock and being told that should solve the problem in a few cycles but it hasnt and it wont. I do not recommend buying or getting service from this company.

Excellent service! I was in a bind and dead tired along with being stressed out beyond all belief. Was talking to Kenny about the pump dying and all of his techs were busy on other installs and could get to me untill the afternoon. Sometime during him explaining what i needed to buy he noticed my current state and knew the situation i was in, and he said he would be at my house in an hour to do it. He arrived in 29 minutes and started to work. I offered to help and he said just go in and relax and he would take care of everything. After all the work was done he came in to check on everything and us. Turns kut he was the owner. I was FLOORED he took time out of his day to help a customer in need. A true stand up guy! He earned customers for life! Would recomemd to everyone!

Everytime I have to call the people that answer the phone are so nasty and down right rude! They double billed me after calling twice and wasting my time they dont even apologize for their mistake. Would not recommend... Didnt even bring a new tank when we took it over from the previous owners. Water smells soured, try to cancel it and of course the rude office staff tells me that I cant because of contract

Vent to get some water at Venice location. Watermachines took my money and didnt give me water. Two of them, and both are broken. Called the number that I found on the machine, and operator was quite weird. Will try to come backwhen the sstore is open. Poor service, tells about negligence of the owners
