I was fortunate to be referred to Apogee on a project to convert a power boat trailer to a sailboat trailer. While the process continues the initial work is actually superior to components of a new trailer. Staff and owner are helpful in understanding the process offering alternatives.

I brought my trailer into apogee to get wiring fixed and some welding done. There was a misunderstanding with what wiring needed to be done. The owner went above and beyond to correct that misunderstanding. Their work and knowledge is top-notch. Never in my life have I met an owner who wants to make sure that u leave his business a satisfied customer.

Brought in my boat and trailer for leaf spring, hub replacement, rims, welded on a spot for my spare tire, and a few other updates. David the owner was very accommodating. Work was finished quick, ahead of schedule. Location is convenient, right next to boat ramp. Prices are more than fair. Apogee is a one stop shop for all your trailer needs. Will recommend to all.

These guys were great! I had a number of unique issues getting my kayak trailer customized for my Hobie Tandem Island sailing kayak. They cut things down and welded them to my exact desires! I was amazed at how they were so willing to not just go the extra mile, but 3 or 4 miles for me. I am so pleased with my trailer. They pointed out some things that needed repair, saving me time, money and future headaches. Then my trailer light kit didn’t work that I installed, because wires were reversed in the plugs for the brake lights :( David took the time to help me by diagnosing the problem, then bypassed the faulty plugs to get it working perfectly. He wasn’t even going to charge me. I was so grateful I tipped him and thanked him very much! I recommend them very highly and suggest that you go to them first!

I noticed a magnet sticker on the Tongue of my boat trailer when I return from fishing. I was in need of repacking my 4 trailer hubs and I have recently moved to the area so I gave them a call Monday morning. David was very Accommodating And set me up with an appointment to drop off my boat trailer and pick it up in a few days. They suggested some changes on the wiring to my electric tongue jack. They made it much easier and simpler than what I’ve been dealing with the last two years!They checked over lights and replace a bad one. Found a loose wire on my reverse brake solenoid and repair that which was causing intermittent problems. Was going to buy a new trailer but you just can’t get one currently from a dealer. Big shortage. David and mike set me up with all the necessary parts to rebuild my trailer. Basically replaced almost every thing except axle. Affordable parts and even though I am replacing almost everything it was still much cheaper than a new trailer! Thanks guys! Islamorada bound!

Went above and beyond to give me a set of used rims to ensure proper fit on my trailer with the new hubs. Even painted the rims at no cost to match my trailer. The guys at Apogee were great in every way. Plenty of communication about what it will take to repair my boat trailer, exactly what it would cost, a time frame of when it would be completed. They called with updates as they found out I needed a middle brake light to be legal and what the additional cost would be . When I arrived to pick up my trailer they checked the lights while attached to my vehicle. They took the time to examine my trailer light issue and actually found that my vehicle had a blown fuse, they replaced the fuse and got everything working great. A great experience in every way.
