Lots of items to choose from..especially for low carb and diabetics. Friendly and helpful workers. Very clean and well decorated for a grocery store. Sitting area for food court. Prescriptions, bakery, deli, seafood, and meat butcher available.

This is a great store. They always have what you need. Everything is always fresh and the store is kept very clean.

Staff is very helpful & friendly! They have most vegan/vegetarian & other products I like. But they havent had my favorite soda, Barqs Root Beer, in 12-pack or preferably 8-pack bottles. I cant find it anywhere. Neither can I find the organic Publix Oatmeal with Flax Seeds - another favorite the Venice Village Shoppes Publix had in stock. But now that its closed due to renovations, its hard finding a lot of items Id buy regularly.Now Im stuck without the usual products I buy. I dont bother asking to order them since Publix customer service never bothers to order my items.However, they do have beautiful (& very expensive) flowers & roses.

My salmon dinner was delicious. Husband said his ribeye was thin and greasy.

Decent product selection that’s high quality, but also comes at a premium. Biggest turnoff about this location are some of their managers. Some of the ladies up front by the registers can come off as quite rude and boisterous and don’t really seem to care for their team.

I stop in to this Publix location almost daily to pick up items in between our large monthly grocery trips. It is always clean, well stocked, and the staff is helpful and friendly! The bakery here is my favorite for sweets! Best baked goods ever!

The store is ok. Publix is a very professional operation. Not all employees are created equal. Some are excellent. Some are very rude and substandard. I am talking about this specific store as most of the others have been outstanding.

First time at this Publics. Great store! Just met an employee named Terry in the parking lot collecting carts. He stopped to chat and we had a nice conversation. I have shopped this store off and on for 15 plus years. Too crowded in the parking lot but there is a covered area to be picked up with your groceries if it is raining.

Ignorant, lazy and full of attitude bakery clerk who needs to be told to change her gloves before she handles your food. Shes touching computer, counters and every other surface with the same gloves and then your food.I had to beg her to check the freezer if they have a cake that I wanted. And then to get two cupcakes out of package. I was told publix doesnt do that.And afterall I got my cupcakes packed like that. Picture attached. And I know for sure they have suitable boxes for the cupcakes.I shop at publix quite often and needless to say that Im dissapointed. This is upper management problem. Will submit a complaint to corporate.Store trip was made on jul 31 around 4 pm.

Reading some of these reviews cracked me up! I have shopped at pretty much every Publix within a 30 mile radius of where I live (there is literally 7 just within a 5-10 min drive from my house) This Publix by far is the best one for customer service hands down! The staff is super friendly, always greeting me when I walk in and attentive when walking the store. They have gone above and beyond when I have had questions or was looking for a particular product! There has been days that I have gone in & havent had the most friendly of service but it has ALWAYS been better than the other Publix’s. I try and take in consideration that maybe they are having a bad day or something happened while at work. Working in customer is NOT the easiest of jobs ESPECIALLY when you have to work with a customer that believes that they are always right and you need to do what they ask...these people don’t understand that what may sound like a “reasonable request”is not always company policy and the employee just can’t do it! If you are that customer, get over it, you are not above other customers or entitled to get everything you want! The store is always clean and yes, there are days that they are not fully stocked but seriously people what store is? I’m sure there will be at least one person who will have a rebuttal to that statement, and if it’s you....you’re the problem with the world!! For some of these employees, this is not there only job and they have been working over 12+ hours...PLUS on top of that, they still have either studies to attend to or families to take care of! How about the next time you don’t get your way and stomp your feet like a 2 year old you consider that...BE KIND! BE RESPECTFUL! BE THE BETTER PERSON!As for the pricing of items/products; all the stores in Venice have a higher price tag than others, not sure why but that’s just how it seems to be here. The parking is by far the easiest I’ve maneuvered thru so not sure why some have complained about that as well. All in all, this store usually has a great selection of products, the meats, bakery, deli,produce, seafood etc have always been of good quality...it’s a give and take with EVERY Publix! Smiles are contagious, how about we all try to do that and maybe you might have a more enjoyable experience in any place that you shop!

Just like any other Publix. Laid out exactly the same as any other store. Always customer service friendly. Parking a hassle at this one however.
