A little quirky, but definitely worth a visit, particularly if you are looking for high-quality, if somewhat outdated, home furniture.

Extremely friendly, reliable and professional. I live out of town and needed to consign my furniture. They found me a great affordable moving company, picked up all my furniture, keep me up to date on what has sold, let me know by email what sold and when I will receive payment. From the first phone call they were extremely friendly. Their store is beautiful and has a great selection. Highly recommend.

Worked with Candice from Venice and Jean in the Osprey store. Great selection in Osprey with very nice quality of large pieces. Came out with some great pictures, artificial plants, and a console table. Nice quality for reasonable prices...recommend checking them out as an option

A great place to shop. I got most of my decorations and furniture at the Osprey store for my new condo. The staff was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend shopping here. There are always new items coming in. I love shopping here.

Nice stuff at this consignment shop

Weve used Compass Experience Furniture of Venice twice and the furniture movers, Mark and Nathan, have been excellent! Courteous and very knowledgeable about the Compass sales process, able to answer any questions we had. They were very timely and proficient both times we had them out to pick up furniture. We would recommend and use them again for sure! Our furniture sold within a month this past Fall and we are confident of a quick sale this time as well!

Some nice furniture and accessories. Prices not bad. Wish they had more outdoor furniture. You can pay to have them deliver furniture...$25 I think I remember, but not positive about the price.

My husband and I moved to Venice FL at the end of Oct. We found Compass (the one in Osprey) by chance...loved the store, and Jason (who was wonderful) gave us directions to the Venice location. We met Alessandra the 1st time; she has been incredibly helpful every time weve visited the store...very friendly and knowledgeable, as is everyone associated with Compass. The furniture is high quality and well priced. Weve purchased half of the furniture for our condo there and continue to visit on a regular basis, looking for one more nugget. Compass has a very high turn over of furniture...we love seeing what new pieces they receive...the stores are wonderful!

Seems like a nice store and you can get some good deals on closeouts and such. Almost bought a big Tommy Bahama couch and chair for like half price. Lots of unique stuff.

Compass in now under new ownership & management. This store is doing really good with a bright future ahead of it. Id recommend it to anyone!

Although reviews here are overwhelmingly positive, Im only giving 1 star. Why? Just be careful to read the fine print if you consign and then re-consign but then the product mysteriously seems to sell soon after the contract expires. You really have no way of knowing do you? You trust their business ethics and integrity. You then call to ask about your store (Osprey) consignment, only to be told by a salesperson it indeed sold and that theyll send the paperwork to the Venice store where the check is supposedly issued and that so and so issues you your check. Then after waiting 3 weeks or so for your check to arrive, which it didnt, you decide to stop by the Venice store to ask only to be told the item sold BUT the consignment expired and they are entitled to keep the proceeds. Ironically, the consignment was purchased through them and consequently re-consigned for sale. I was then shown the contract I signed...yes over a salespersons cellphone and was told were sorry...my fault. Not really what I was expecting or the delivery of their response. There are more details to this consignment too lengthy to diatribe on about here but was more than patient back a long time ago when I found my consignment stuffed in an armoire and not being properly displayed (it was a king size bedspread, sham, decorative pillow covers etc). We had originally purchased these items off a nicely displayed king bed in their showroom (which we bought that bed, these items and a bedroom suite) but then didnt seem to get the same (display) treatment when it came to our consignment. We worked with them to do better possibly resulting in possible lost sales during my consignment period. Was also told by a former salesperson that there was interest in the items so we didnt pull our consignment but errantly thought they were working in both their interest and yes, ours. Fast forward to present, as I was standing in the store and waiting for an off-site Managers reply to my situation, I was browsing and noticed a nice d/r table and chair set (About $600) sitting on the sales floor and was even considering applying my anticipated proceeds toward that dining room table but after this happened...no sale and left. Now a day or so after and no response from any store personnel so I assume its not open for further discussion or apologies of any kind I screwed up and thats that. Thus I will never step back inside this store or unfortunately recommend it. IMO for what its worth.

The delivery guys did an impeccable job delivering an entertainment center and a mattress I had purchased. Baresi, Yordano and Nathan treated everything as if it was something they bought and they were extra careful with it. Adrianna was super nice and hooked me up with a great deal for both pieces of furniture and she also gave me outstanding customer service!! Love that place!

Dr Kondapolli is a solid choice in doctors. He listens, explains and gives you choices. What more can you ask?
