Awesome customer service and there is not one bad thing I have gotten from there! Everything is delicious! Definitely a must try. You won’t be disappointed!

I needed a place to do box lunches for a business meeting and Foode hit it out of the park! Every lunch was exactly as ordered (they even labeled the boxes with each persons name!), the food was delicious, the delivery was on-time and so convenient... just a perfect experience. I had the grilled cheese with bacon and it was amazing. The bread was super soft and fresh. The cookies were better than my moms :) Foode is now our go-to for ordering!

I want to like this spot, but they often disappoint. The items they do well, they do really well. The items they dont do well, they do very poorly.I had tried them a couple of times pre-pandemic and was generally not thrilled. However, they were one of the only spots open for lunch during the pandemic, so Ive now tried a variety of items. Their salads, which can be served as wraps, are generally very good. Their sandwiches are really kind of bad, for example, nearly raw bacon on my BLTA today.They do a lot of catered food, which slows down service at the counter. This is frustrating when I dont have a lot of time. doubly frustrating when you wait nearly 20 minutes for a sandwich with nearly raw bacon on it. Calling to order in advance might be a way to reduce the wait time.I always enjoy the fiesta chicken salad, the BBQ chicken salad (or wrap), or the ciabatta Italiano melt. Their bakery items including coffee and tea are good, and they have an excellent chai latte. The Caprese salad or sandwich were disappointing, as was the grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was more like dry, warm bread with cheese in it. Honestly, I have not enjoyed any of their cold sandwiches, and I would avoid anything with bacon on it.

Amazing and truly delicious! I randomly found this place on one of the delivery apps and was excited to see how many interesting options they offer. Well, once I tried it for the first time it quickly became one of my favorite places in the area. The food is simply delicious, the quality is outstanding and consistent, and they always follow any special instructions or requests. I highly recommend trying this place out! Oh, and they have extra items in their store that are not availability on delivery apps so I suggest checking out their physical location too.

The food, the service and most importantly...the coffee is top notch (I have had more lavender cold brews than I care to admit publicly). Owners seem very genuine and the employees, happy. Its a great downtown walkable location and Im glad to hear they are opening a new place on the East side. Great place for lunch items and they offer vegetarian and vegan options which is appreciated.

A wonderful selection of delicious food — we used Foode for our wedding 05/29/2021 and are so glad we did! I married into a family of very picky eaters and they were all very impressed with what they had to offer. The taste was exceptionally good and everything came neatly pre-packaged to remain within local Covid compliance. The staff were very friendly and attentive to any questions/concerns we had and communicated with us throughout the entire process without being pushy! Definitely recommend them for weddings and other events. Will be using them for a baby shower hopefully in the near-future!

This is probably my favorite place to eat in Vancouver. The food is AMAZING. So fresh, and tasty. Not to mention it’s affordable! For $8 you get a sandwich big enough to split (or if your like me you eat the whole one) with the freshest ingredients. Their coffee is some of the best coffee I have found, and anything you eat here will be amazing. A must stop!

I did take out through grub hub and everything I had was excessively salty. I can tell a lot of folks love them so I will give it a second round. Hearty portions Ill give em that.

Ive now had their food twice and both times, fantastic. One time I had it delivered to the office, flawless, the other time I walked over and ate on site, also flawless. Its nice to find a place thats not only consistent, but the people are nice, down to earth and care about their customers, its almost like a lost art. Great work folks, see ya soon!

Since finding Foode Cafe on Ubereats a month ago, Ive been ordering from them about two times a week. Everything I have tried is so good and the quality of the ingredients is A+.

The food is amazing and prepared with care. I order the Cobb salad and its packed with super generous amounts of bacon, chicken, egg and avocado. The dressing is beautiful. So much better than a salad at Be Well juice bar which was the same price with almost nothing in it!

Ive had food using this company on 4 or 5 occasions. I have always found the ingredients to be high quality and the execution of the dishes both visually appealing and delicious. Ive enjoyed a wide range from vegan to all out carnivorous affairs and have never had a bad dish. Well done. I highly recommend you to anyone looking to make an event special.

This place catered a work luncheon a few weeks ago and the food was so good I decided to order from them myself. The sandwiches were large and made with fresh ingredients, and oh my goodness were the cookies to die for. This will definitely be added to my regular rotation of healthy go-to spots.

Okay.... the cookies here? AMAZING! I literally need to buy a cookie with every meal they are so darn good. The service is fast and extremely friendly. The food is fantastic. I love the clean aesthetic they have. GREAT place to eat in downtown! :)

Got the turkey and pesto panini and some chips the other day. It was SO good. Better than Panera. The sandwich was tidily stacked, it wasnt messy, but every bite had a little bit of everything in it. The food tasted flavorful and fresh and the price wasnt bad either. Very satisfied, Ill be back for lunch soon.

I was so excited to find out there was a restaurant opening in my building. It is so easy for me to grab a quick bite to eat now. There food is great as well as the customer service and I love that we get $5 reward coupons too.

Their salads are to die for! The are inexpensive and quite large on top of being super fresh. The staff is extremely nice and they even deliver with a easy order online.

The moment I walked into this place I received a friendly greeting with a breeze of deliciousness. With a place that smelled so good, it ultimately made me demand incredible food. And let me tell you, the food was A-mazing. Cream & Sugar definitely went above and beyond! I didn’t know I could fall in love with a piece of bread, but when I finished my California Club, I wanted more, a lot more. I stole my husband’s Buffalo Chicken Wrap because I wanted to know if it was just as good. . . It was. To top it off I had a mocha and cookie. The mocha was made perfectly and with Café Vita beans, which is perfect because it’s another company who takes pride in their product. And the cookie, let me tell you, this was another example of cooking with love. Literally. This cookie recipe is from the owner’s own Mother. That is LOVE! I highly recommend visiting any Cream & Sugar location and randomly place your finger on the menu - order it - and be amazed because everything is just that at Cream & Sugar - Amazing!

This is a great stop if you are on the look out for for a quick bite before work.I come here more often than I should ( most mornings ).They have good black coffee if thats your thing but also are equipped with an espresso machine that can deliver a great Americano.I usually order a chibatta or a bagel sandwich.Right down the street from the bus stop, its ideal for commuters.

Horrible service

Foode has been bringing lunch to our office for the last 2 years. The food is fantastic, they pay close attention to my request and are always willing to help me out even at the last minute. The delivery people are kind, courteous and always on time.We have a few employees with dietary restrictions and Foode has never left them out of our order. We’ve used them a lot becuase the menu is varied enough that nobody is bored, and the quality of food is excellent.

Love this place. Food is awesome, the staff is super friendly and they even have a rewards program!

My girlfriend and I went in on a Thursday morning before work. I got a breakfast bagel and honestly it was kinda cold. I sent it back and Hailey brought out another one. Hailey took time to come over and address the situation about the food being cold. Which was awesome because people make mistakes and sometimes mechanical devices have issues. She was willing to work through the problem I gotta give her credit for that.

!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE...I have been going to Foode for a year now, I work not even a block away and eat here often, twice a week or more. I used to love their service there, when i walked in the girls new me by name and when I called on the phone to place an order they knew who it was right away. It felt great to be known and appreciated there until recently. Foode has gone down hill for sure in their customer service. I used to be able to go in on my lunch at 1:30pm and order my usual breakfast sandwich or turkey and havarti, but not any more and without warning.I called in around 11:35am to ask if they still had bagels in the store for a breakfast sandwich, the girl on the other end replied with only a Yep. I figured they must be busy and brushed it off and replied with a great, thank you see you soon! When I arrived there at 12:00pm I went to order my bagel breakfast sandwich and the girl says we stop serving breakfast at 11 I was so frustrated because I told her I had just called in and asked about breakfast bagel sandwiches and was told yep. She just looked at me and said sorry. I told them I was very frustrated since I had even called to make sure they had it to order there and for them to tell me they stop serving at 11, it would have been nice to have been told over the phone. They didnt seem to care much that they completely inconvenienced me with only a 30 min lunch break to find somewhere else to eat.Also, other times I have gone in and ordered lunch they will give me my sandwich and have substituted other ingredients onto my sandwich without telling me before hand. When I take it back up to them and say this isnt the Turkey and Havarti they tell me that they were out of turkey and that they substituted a different meat instead and say i hope its okay. Well of course it isnt! Instead of telling me when I ordered that they didnt have any turkey left so I could choose another sandwich they just assume its okay to put whatever meat they have available on it? Very FRUSTRATING..They have now lost my business, especially since it is no where posted in the store nor on the website.. VERY FRUSTRATING when I have been loyal to FOODE for almost a year. I will be taking my lunch business else where from now on...
