I dont usually write reviews, but my experience at Adorn Uptown deserves one! My daughter and I were able to make a last minute appointment with Luke for ear piercings. The online booking was very easy and when we arrived, there were COVID precautions established including personal check in,screening, and hand sanitizing, and the overall cleanliness was above and beyond. We were able to discuss possible outcomes for my piercing and I felt very informed and supported with my daith piercing. My daughter was a bit nervous and Luke was more than professional and patient with her. He explained everything he was doing before he did it and both her lobe piercings and my daith piercing were painless and most important fun! I highly recommend Adorn and am looking forward to returning in the future!

Ive had three piercings done at Adorn over the past few years, and all the staff is always so friendly and informative! Today I had my nose pierced by Luke, who made me feel so comfortable. Hes funny and SUPER FAST! When you are pierced at Adorn, you know youre getting properly pierced with the highest quality jewelry, and you leave knowing how to care for your piercings so they heal properly. Its the only place I trust in Vancouver!

I got Cosmetic Tattooing done by Renee and it was incredible!! She is such a professional and so incredibly talented. She was very detail oriented and made sure the brows were perfect to her professional eye and that I loved them. Renee answered all my questions and went above and beyond. If you need Cosmetic tattooing I 100% recommend you go to this angel of a human being.

Highly recommend this place for piercings! Lots of unique options to pick from and a mellow environment. Been almost 2 weeks and still love my nostril piercing! Very happy with the result and the entire process. No one rushed me when I took my time picking the jewelry. Luke was my piercer and made the entire piercing process seem super quick and pretty much painless with a few jokes to add. Definitely give this place a shot!

I recently received a piercing from Luke at the Vancouver location. I intentionally waited a few days to ensure I was as pleased with the experience as I suspected I was. Turns out, I am MORE SO!I initially went in hoping for an industrial, but suspected I did not have the correct anatomy to support it properly. Turns out that was indeed the case. I then asked Luke if there were anything similar I did have the anatomy for. He explained, that a straight bar wouldnt work, but if I were willing to allow him to customize a piece for me, he could bend the bar, and I could fully rock a unique, one of a kind, industrial. HELL YES!!!?!?!?* Talk to your piercer folks!!! Theres so much variety they can do, that we would never even think of!Luke was incredible. He thoroughly explained every thing he was doing. He was profesional, thoughtful and kind. He treated me like a friend, rather than just 1 of 100 customers he sees everyday. The folks at the front counter were profesional, friendly and hospitable. My overall experience was beyond pleasant. It truly felt like hanging out with and being taken care of by friendsOh, and the entire place is IMACUALATELY CLEAN! Its like a sterile art gallery in there, rather than a typical dingy tattoo shop.4 days in and my piercing is doing better than I could have hoped for. I am through the moon thrilled. I will be returning for more!!!

16 yr old daughter got second nose double piercing by Luke. He is phenomenal. Chat, easy talk, professional. Trust his judgment on placement. And also lady at counter, sorry didnt register name. But helpful with questions beforehand and made process seamless. You guys obviously work well together as fam!

Luke is great! Got my ear pierced by him and it was so quick and easy. Didnt hurt at all after just an hour. So professional. Photos taken just after the piercing.

Went in to get a piercing after booking online. I didnt see that i needed to bring my vaccine card but the information was online if you read up the fine print so i guess thats fine. The reason Im giving it 1 star is the crazy surprise that the basic jewelry to get a piercing is $40 when the price online says $50 for the piercing. She said its in addition to and says online but it doesnt say any of that when you book. So i went in thinking I would pay $50 plus a tip just to find it was $90+. I let her know she should make it clear that the basic jewelry starts at $40 so people arent surprised and then she starts trying to sell me on the fact that its the best available even though every shop carries titanium. When i let her know that its definitely not that cost anywhere else Ive been she proceeds to say that she understands if youre new to it that there may be a sticker shock like i didnt just tell her Ive been to multiple places and i have 5 piercings in my ears and have other non facial piercings. Im definitely not new to piercing prices. The fact I even considered it cause i was already there is why Im so mad. Its obviously a ruse to lure people in with the guise of low prices at a quality place just to double it when you get there. Not ok, Im definitely going to Chaotic good who is more expensive but COMES WITH the basic jewelry and has everything clearly stated online which is what a real professional should do.

Ive gone to adorn for two piercings now (septum and bridge) and have had a great experience both times! Ben was hilarious and Luke was super chill. will definitely continue to get my piercings done here!

The staff was great. I have gone to adorn on Southeast Hawthorne a few times and was much more impressed with the staff at adorn uptown and well continue going there from now on. It was a much better experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will definitely go back and recommend uptown.

I had a different piercer than usual. This was a tall dude with a skeleton hand tattoo. Dude was the best experience. The guy I usually get is super rough. This guy was gentle and relatively pain free ❤

I recommend this place 100 percent. Luke was extremely badass and very knowledgeable. I love my new piercings, I won’t go anywhere else for future piercings

The jewelry selection is fantastic! I’m so glad I waited to choose something there instead of buying online. I can tell that I have a high-quality, solid gold hoop. In addition, everyone was friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend others to Adorn Uptown. Great experience!!

I got my septum pierced by Luke today and he did a great job - its perfectly centered and symmetrical. Super chill guy and also the counter staff were all very nice. The studio is very clean and they send you home with a saline spray bottle which is amazingly convenient.

I got my bridge pierced by Luke, he did a great job ! Made sure the markings were even and that I liked the placement before it was pierced. The counter staff were nice and helpful as well. thank you !

Luke is great! Did a second ear lobe piercing for my daughter and I. It was a birthday surprise for her so she was a bit nervous but he was great at getting her distracted and helping her enjoy the experience.

Such a great establishment, cannot recommend it enough. Luke did my piercings and he was the best piercer Ive ever had. Super professional and nice guy. The whole process was quick, educational, and clean! I didnt feel like they were trying to upsell or anything, which Ive experienced in the past. The shop itself is very nice. They played DOPE music which got me excited for my piercings! I also loved their jewelry selection- some of the best choices Ive had to choose from, and all high quality.

Adorn is a great place! Clean, professional, safe, and follows COVID rules for your safety!Most of all, Denver is an amazing tattoo artist! Went in not knowing what I wanted, and I gave him the creative control over my next tattoo. What a great idea! He designed a piece that I instantly fell in love with! He works with a steady hand, and his lines are ALWAYS clean! I get compliments on all of the work I have had Denver do! I will forever be a Denver client! Adorn did themselves a huge solid by bringing him on board as one of their tattoo artists! I drive almost an hour and a half to come get tattooed by him, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! He’s a great artist!

Got my philtrum piercing here by Luke. The staff was incredibly helpful and comforting. Also, it was very reassuring to see all the proper sanitization techniques in place during the pandemic. Have recommended Adorn to any friends wanting piercings. Also the jewelry is very high quality, so no worries of infection or rejection.

I stopped in with Luke today to replace my rook jewelry! Great experience from Adorn as always, but it was my first time visiting the uptown location. They have an amazing range of jewelry available with some really beautiful options, and when I picked something a little out of my price range they had plenty of other affordable options available while still offering the same amazing quality and selection. I was amazed at how many choices they had for me. Luke was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind and I’ll ask for him next time I need a new piercing. Got my first tattoo today by their tattoo artist Denver, and I couldn’t have asked for a better job. He made sure I was comfortable and that I wasn’t in too much pain through the whole process, not to mention the incredible detail and quality of the tattoo itself I couldn’t have asked for better! Amazing place and amazing people! Couldn’t recommend enough and I will return to adorn the next time I want to get a tattoo done! Denver is an incredible artist and always made sure I was okay to keep going and that it didn’t hurt to much! I can’t speak highly enough about him or adorn.

I got a tattoo by Denver Monaghan a few weeks ago. Not only did he do a fabulous job but was super nice! I had sent him a few images of what I wanted and then we looked at pictures again in the shop to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He did an amazing job free handing. Definitely will be back!

Great place to get many different types of piercings. The people who work here are very professional and the establishment is very clean and well maintained. The jewelry selection is plentiful and with them having multiple locations/working directly with the jewelry maker the options are pretty much endless.

I came in after having going to Adorn off and on for many years in Portland. I needed some jewelry insertions, and a couple were pretty close to closed. Luke was very patient and gentle given the process is less than comfortable and longer than a quick piercing. Sometimes when its the last appointment of the day, people can come across as tired and worn and ready to go home. This was not the case! The two people at Adorn were exceptionally friendly and warm and welcoming, the front room person was much more authentically nice than others I interacted with at other locations...Glad I checked out this location!

Denver is a talented artist with quality work. It was pretty amazing to see him hand draw the piece on with a sharpie. Asked approval, accepted and processed with the tattoo. Absolutely love my piece:)

Okay Ive been to a lot of tattoo/piercing parlors but they were so professional, the place looks gorgeous, and they really take great COVID precautions which make me feel a lot better. The lady who greeted us and the lady who pierced me and my friend were so sweet and also very fun! Ive never seen such a nice parlor and had such a nice vibe. Didnt feel rushed, and felt cared for, and I laughed a lot.

Had to get replacement jewelry for a couple of piercings, I was greeted warmly; jewelry choices were all high end and beautiful! The process was painless and with compassion. Very happy with my new jewelry which is more comfortable. Would recommend this location for ease of access and overall customer service.

I was so impressed with Uptown Adorn. Wonderful and friendly staff, very clean, as well as very professional. Had many jewelry options to choose from. My kid loved everything about getting her ears pierced here. Desta was beyond great. I will be highly recommending this place, especially for kids.

I would start with Luke did an amazing job I recommend him! The reason for three stars is I feel like their website doesn’t give a good job of showing what pricing is, it says $40 for two earlobe piercings and that the jewelry starts at $20 so I was expecting around $80 when I went in they said the cheapest earrings were $40 each I picked a pair that was 55 each (bc if you go big might as well get something you like lol) and the total was 185. I don’t want to blame this on the shop workers because they were nice but maybe the website needs updating for pricing so customers have a better understanding of what they will have spend. Cute place though, and Luke seemed like a very experienced and overall nice worker.

Like the rest of the locations, Uptowns staff is great with excellent customer service. Im very happy that there is a location in Vancouver, so I dont have to travel too far for piercings. I only go to Adorn for my piercings and recommend everyone go there. The employees are highly skilled and they have beautiful jewelry.

Adorn body art has set a high standard for me. I have been visiting Adorn for the last year, and since my first experience I have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else for my piercing and body jewelry needs. I was so excited to hear they were opening a Vancouver location, so naturally I had to go. The uptown space is so full of light and the decor is arranged to make you feel right at home. Their inventory of jewelry is consistently breathtaking and they never cease to impress me with their service. Since their grand opening I’ve had a helix piercing seamlessly done by Luke as well as an additional helix and navel piercing beautifully executed by Desta. By far the best piercing experiences I’ve ever had. I always feel good leaving Adorn and I can’t wait to go back.
