Larry Lumen is the best! His years of advice can’t be found on Amazon! The technical support you can bet your life on! If you make a living and need the best go see Larry lumen! He does get a little crabby from time to time! Lol

Larry and his wife are wonderful people. I have been doing business with him for years. If it has to do flashlights, you won’t find better products or service.

Terrific store. Everything you can want flashlight related. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Heard good things about this store from a gun forum I belong to. The headlamp I have had for roughly 3 yrs from my previous employer was start to not hold its charge for as long. The swivel that holds the light in whatever angle desired was wearing to the point it would start to flop around. Working for another railroad it was time to buy something newer. After telling Dave what I did and what I was looking for he pointed me to the Nitecore HC60. He explained all the features and the approximate battery life of all the settings. He highly recommended it as many of the mill rats have bought in the past. He answered all my questions and never tried to upsell me on the more expensive models like a car salesman. I did inquire about the more powerful and expensive models but he kept pointing me back to the HC60.I did also buy a spare battery in the event I couldnt get a full charge during the night. He also did a great job in helping me select a spare that would fit my needs. All told the headlamp and spare cost just over $79. After getting home I went outside after 10pm and compared both lights and the HC is just as bright as my old one and lighter too.I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality ligjt to stop in and see. Dont let the name Flashlight outlet fool you they do sell quality and more expensive brands and will even take care of you if you end up with issues down the road with your purchase.I plan on returning to buy again and bring a Surefire Ive had since my first deployment in for a new bulb.

This. Place. Is. Awesome. First and foremost, customer service is second to none. A very close second is the selection. Dont be fooled by the name, this man stocks WAY more than flashlights.....batteries, water packs, survival rations, hes a Pelican dealer, pew pew mounted accessories, water treatment equipment.....its a one stop shop for prep and survival gear. The best part is, this is a locally owned business. Make time to stop here. You wont be disappointed. I send customers here all the time. Keep up the great work, Kats! #supportsmallbusines

Fantastic store with an owner that really knows his stuff. Well stocked items to fit your needs from EDC to occasional use. Worth the trip

Lots of flashlights and survival gear. I always love coming here.

Larry (the owner) is a great and knowledgeable gentleman. This is a tremendous small business to invest in.

Amazing place to get the exact flashlight you need if its a weapon light or a handheld they have it all even have medical stuff and leatherman tools! The staff was very helpful and even showed me how to change the batteries in the light! It is always great to support a small business and stay local!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and great selection!

Great selection of quality led flashlights and tactical gear, amazing selection and Friendly staff.

Great place to do business...

Best place in Chicagoland area to purchase any kind of flashlight

Been going here for a couple years. Owner is very nice and personable. Meets all my flash light and battery needs. Plus various survival accessories and pelican cases. Much easier to take a trip to Valpo vs Amazon. Has a larger selection of Stream Light vs Cabelas. Including brands like Nitecore which Cabelas doesnt sell. 5 Stars. Always a Satisfied Customer. Headed there very soon for another purchase :)

If you need a flashlight dont hesitate go there see Larry. if you dont need a flashlight go there see Larry. Great place anything you need flashlight related batteries chargers they have it. They wont sell you junk and they stand behind there stuff. Cant say enough good things about this place and the owner. Good service good products.

When I walked into the door, I felt like I was being watched constantly. In addition to, an associate was outside sitting in his truck pretending to be s customer, then came in and asked if I needed any help. Im an honest and stand up guy, but I suppose I look like a thief. Great selection of flashlights though!

Very knowledgeable staff, and very good quality flashlights.they have an assortment of rechargeable batteries as well I found that very useful.

Great place with quality products. Personal and knowledgeable service. Been going there for years.

Great selection of great flashlights

Very helpful in selecting the proper flashlight suggestion.

Its been a while since Ive been here, but occasionally I think about it like a fond memory. I dont live close at all, but I got lucky driving by a couple times during work and I had to stop in. They have everything a flashlight guy like myself could ever want and much more. Their prices are very fair as well. Also Id like to mention that the owner is a great guy and very helpful. Hes not pushy and not shy to tell you if something is good, bad, higher or lower quality. One time my wife and I stopped in there close to closing time. After we entered the store, it started to downpour outside for quite a while and after the stores closing hours. The owner let us stay inside and we chatted for a while until the rain let up and we could continue on.Ive even told some of my friends that we should all take a field trip out there one day. Hopefully I get back there sooner than later, but nonetheless I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great staff and awesome selection of products.

Im a flashlight aficionado and not all are created equal. I happily make the almost 50 mile drive to go there. Working alot of night shifts, headlamps and flashlights are important to me. Larry, the owner is the best! He always lets you know about a more economical or better option without being pushy, he knows his stuff! Prices are on par or a little cheaper than online and everything can be demoed.....Keep up the good work, Flashlight Outlet! Thanks.

Just purchased a Nightstick 850xls for my duty weapon. The owner was very helpful and let me try several lights to make sure it fit my holster properly. Price was great also. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Friendly sales person with knowledge about products. No pressure to buy.

Actually I was at the trailer repair center and not the flashlight store. They share the same spot. If you have trailer issues this is the place to go.

We had an awesome time. They had a lot of flashlights and other survival items. We will definitely be back.

If this place doesnt have the Flashlight you are looking for, you dont need it. Hospitable and good hours.

Macgyvers wet dream, absolutely LOVE this place!! Owner is good people and has a ton of lights and prepper type stuff, pelican cases, first aid kits, molly rigging, the works!! Did I mention lights!?!

Great prices, friendly & they can answer all your questions about everything they sell. Ive been back half a dozen times to get gifts & add to my tool belt some pretty cool, brand name, super bright led lights...

Excellent selection and unparalleled service. Things like throwing in an extra set of batteries and helping you find exactly what you need are the things that set this business apart.

Great selection and knowledgeable staff. Also carries preper supplies like water filters, solar chargers and survival food. Great place for gift shopping and stocking stuffers.

Im a flashlight nerd, so it was very cool to find this place close to my home. Good selection and very friendly staff.

Outstanding service super friendly and helpful! Lots of cool items!

If you live in NWI you should definitely visit here. I left very illuminated.

The store is well stocked with lots of survival gear and the store owner is both friendly and helpful

Very nice and helpful people with lot of high quality products.

Highest quality lights. Great staff. Very knowledgeable. No other store like it.

More than flashlights. Great selection of medical first aid products and prepper supplies.

Well stocked with flashlights. Employees know their stock and are very helpful.

This is the place to go if you love flashlights! They have a huge stock of flashlights, batteries, lanterns, headlamps, and survival supplies. Many can be demoed in store. They carry high quality brands that are typically only carried online like Fenix, Nitecore, Streamlight, etc. The prices are reasonable and the owner friendly. I come here to browse lights whenever Im in the area and I always try to buy here if they have the light I want.

Always friendly and helpful. Very professional. A great place to shop.

Helpful owners with awesome variety of lights and flashlights.

If youre like me and flashlights are an obsession then you owe it to yourself to visit this store. I cannot stress how amazing this place is. Hundreds of different flashlights from manufacturers like Surefire, Streamlight, Nitecore, Fenix, Coast, Nebo, and many others. Most of the lights they sell also have a display model attached to a board so you are able to try out almost any light you are looking to buy. In addition to flashlights they also sell Leatherman products, and camping/survival equipment. Prices are very reasonable, and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic place. Lots of selection. Standard lights, camping, head lamps, pistol and rifle lights, gidgets for computers , survival gear and much more

Need any type of flashlight this is the place to visit. They have a huge selection of some amazing lights.

The owner of this store is always so awesome when i stop in so knowledgeable on any lighting product not to mention the history of the lights he carrys picked up some awesome lights and he even gave me and my father some free batterysKiller prices on his inventory that you just cant match online and i like that about a hands on shop

Nice selection. Knowledgeable staff.

Great prices, great selection of lights and pelican cases, but what makes this place great is the owner and his wife very friendly and informative. Wouldnt do bussnies anywhere else.

Awesome place, a must visit!!

If you want any little gadget for hunting and camping this is the guy to go to. He even has batteries for everything.

Great place to shop for illumination tools. Everyone should own and carry a good light with them, they come in handy often. Great brands, NiteCore, Fenix, Streamlight, etc. Prices competitive with online retailers. Employees are friendly and helpful.

.The company I work for gets their products from Flashlight Outlet, as do I when buying for myself. If I ever have an issue (most of the time as a result of drooping my flashlight from a ladder or into water), they take care of me. They usally make minor ajustments or repairs for me even when items would be considered out of warrantee or accodental damage from somewhere like a cellphone retailer. They sell quality products at reasonable prices and always back their products with excellent customer service. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful I still use a flashlight daily at work and have since I bought it 5 years ago. I paid 28 dollars. I also bought a head lamp to solve the dropping and dunking problem. It is currently on year 3. I paid 17 dollars.

They have great stuff

Tremendous selection, knowledgable, friendly owner, lots of products to try hands-on. Not only flashlights, but also great selection of Pelican cases, batteries, chargers, etc. Worth a detour to stop by.

Great service and many options

The guy who runs this shop is extremely helpful.

Awesome place with a Great owner.

If you are looking for a quality flashlight, handheld or weapon mounted, this is your place! Amazing selection and prices.

Awesome place, Great selection!

Great deals, if your light is broken or problems he does his best to fix or replace.

Tons of flashlights, owner seemed a bit rude but warmed up

They have LOTS of flashlights and flashlight accessories.

Ton to choose from.

Cheaper on line
