Great customer service. Everyone was awesome.

The store was clean and customer service was friendly and helpful. My major gripe had to do with their pricing. A pair of Nikes were on sale at every other major retailer and Champs charged full price for the same exact pair. They do price match with foot locker which is great. I do advise to price check with other retailers to get the best deal/ price.

Pretty good selection of kicks and apparel. My one gripe is that I always have to gamble with ordering my size because they dont carry it in most stores I shop at. An athletic sneaker store should understand that there are actual people who wear a 14/15 sneaker like many athletes do.

My first time shopping at this store. it was a terrible experience. Customers service is poor. I was discriminated against in the worst way as a black female. The staff needs to be better trained and treat all customer equally.

Cant give them - stars! They stole $206.39 without authorization off my debit card! Sneaky!! No authorization, never been to Valley Stream...no email, nothing!! Just took my money for NOTHING!! Will definitely be calling demanding funds be returned! Bad business!!!! 👿👿👿👿👿👿👿 Will report them to the BBB & the NY Attorney Generals office if they do not return the funds!

Came to return and get a refund. They said they just opened and have no money. Left came back hour later still no money. Like really you dont have $74 . You guys hurry and grab but hate to give it back. Will never ever shop at champs again
