Ive worked with Uhaul for over 3 yrs making sure each truck rented from outside sources are rented correctly, and I have never seen such incompetence from its field corporations as I have with this company. From the unprofessional tones, to not knowing what they are doing with rentals and charging for gas they SIGNED OFF on being in the system wrong, they still managed to collect my money. I highly encourage any customer of theirs to run to an actual Uhaul company. They will not charge you any different for going to people like these little shop owners. We had to get the law involved because they refused to give us any receipts or work with us after being told they are doing things illegal. Not to mention, they do not give MADATORY discrepancy sheets prior to rentals, so good luck explaining why you are responsible for other damages you didnt do before driving off. To the owners of this business...shame on you. You made yourself look unprofessional to the law, and you will be reported. Ill make sure your compensation for these rentals are revoked. Nice working with you.

We come this way several times a year. We have been stopping at this location, but unfortunately we will find another location. This is location has so many problems. The function and cleanliness from the gas pump to the restroom is the worst I have seen at this location ever. Its never been that great, but this is a new low! Even the restrooms were out of order due to no water!Be aware!

Watched me pull up to a pump 15 mins before closing and turned off the lights and locked the door

Cashier lied about the fuel price over the phone. When I walked in five minutes later to ask why it was actually .16 more per gallon than what she told me, she said she “might have given me the wrong price”. Poor customer service and an untrustworthy employee guarantee I’ll never bring my business here.

My husband and I have been stopping there at least twice a week for gas and snacks for almost 3 years. Everyone has been extremely nice and pleasant. I have not used their restrooms, so I cant say what condition they are in, but the store itself has always been clean.
