The girls Ariana,Glancy, and Genesis were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were available with a smile and totally made our day. We went in on a wrong day to use torrid cash but they made us so comfortable we had to spend. Will be back next month.

So, first of all I really like Torrid clothes. Theyre nice quality and they carry styles that fit a variety of body shapes. That said, I really like this store. The staff is helpful and genuinely friendly. They also have fans in the dressing room with individual controls. Why isnt this a thing everywhere?! Makes it super comfortable to shop!

So happy to be shopping in store again, sales associates were super helpful and kept a safe clean environment to shop in. Definitely coming back to shop here again.

What better place to make your fashion diva happy then this awesome plus shop for ladys of any age to look n feel awesome and beautiful about them selves. prices are really high so be careful about sticker shock! but other than that whats new. just to see my girl go happy crazy is worth ever million here. its her feel good shop!

I always love coming here, it feels like a second home. I know I can come here and not be disappointed by a lack of selection or by not being able to get any help. I always get the nicest girls working there to help me find stuff that ends up looking great on me. Now dont get me wrong I can do pretty good shopping on my own, but some times a girl needs help. My only complaint is the price, there clothes are definitely not cheap, but there good quality and will last a good long while.

Just recently started coming here, staff is extremely helpful and nice. Bought three pairs of jeans they were $70 each but worth every penny, very high quality and made to last! Would highly recommend for anyone size 12+

Im yet to visit the store but today I called to check on availability for two items Im hoping yo try on, the lady that answer the phone (Ill get her name tonight and update this review) was super helpful. She looked on her system for the items I wanted and took the time to make sure she had them available in the back. Wow! Now the items are just waiting at the store for me. So happy with the experience so far. Thank you! :)

The women here are always super sweet and knowledgeable. This is my go-to Torrid location.

Nice clean store with a good selection. Its located in a strip mall so parking is super easy. You can literally run and get something and run out. Not something you can do at other locations as most are in malls.

Staff were very friendly. Large selection of clothes and decent prices all around. Located in a nice strip mall area near plenty of restaurants.

Theu feature edgy, and stylish fashions for plus sizes. Great selctions and reasonable prices. They have a array of lingerie in the proper size and comfort.

4 out of 5 star because although the staff here is wonderful and incredibly helpful. The quality overall of torrid clothing has gone way way down and their prices have stayed the same and or slightly gone up. Blouses tear, leggings arnt stitched correctly, t shirts get holes in them after 3 washes ect

I love torrid, Ive always had a good experience shopping at this location but tonight was different. First off I wasnt greeted it wasnt too busy. Second, I wasnt offered a room until I went near the register. The employees were walking around and folding, I know I could have asked but I was side tracked as I found a beautiful dress. Finally, at check out I stood there for about 5 mins it wasnt until the cashier made eye contact that she finally came over and rang me up. She was like a mute, didnt ask if I was a torrid member and didnt ask about my shopping experience. Overall, I didnt feel welcomed. I hope this review is read and a change in the staff attitude is changed.
