Aaliyah greeted me right away when I pulled in. She scanned for my VIN and pulled up my vehicle instantly noticing I had a recall. She said theyd go ahead and get that taken care of, provide my oil change, and most importantly check the code that came up which prompted my visit. The time I spent in the waiting room was very comfortable and the room was very well stocked with comfortable seating, coffee, and snacks. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner, and my whole transaction with Aaliyah was wonderful. Highly recommend her as well as this location!

Will not be going back, last two times Ive went in for m oil change I was told something else was wrong with my car. Not just simple things but several hundred dollars worth of work. They changed my serpentine belt and it still squeals. Take heed if you are a woman, get a second opinion. I suspect if I was hotter I would of gotten better service.

Had a problem with my wifes Camry and after some other so called mechanics charged her $600 for unnecessary work and keeping the car for 13 days, we came to the dealership. In less than 3 hours the car was inspected, diagnosed, repaired and delivered back to us good as new. Only small complaint is charges jumped about $30 from phone call to pick up. Otherwise Id give the 5 stars.

Made appt for Saturday. They did a transmission service, 2 New tires, and took care of a fuel pump recall. All this got done on-time and completed the same day. It was nice to have a very smooth transaction. Thanks Roy@ Valdosta Toyota

Why do they schedule you for an oil change at 845am to not even start on your car for 45 minutes? Tell me to come at 930. Everyone was in a meeting when I arrived...wasnt even anyone there to greet me and I just stood around for 8 minutes.

Best service dept I’ve ever dealt with. We are from Kennesaw and own an 08 Sequoia we absolutely love. We changed our oil before a trip to Florida and we were pulling our camper and on a stop in Adel we noticed we had a serious oil leak. I thought I might have crossed threaded the filter cap so we drove down to this dealer and they came out and worked on it to find I must have cracked the oil cap when I put it back on. Everyone was super nice and helpful and went out of their way so we didn’t have to unhitch the trailer and stay the night. Thanks to DJ and the guys from the shop who came out to help and geek out about our old camper. I almost believed this level of hospitality didn’t exist anymore. Really impressed with this dealerships culture and told my brother to leave his job at a dealer in Atlanta where he is unhappy and to see about a job down here.The only dangerous moment was when I saw the new TRD Pro sequoia and thought about buying it!

They were great. Was on a vacation and water pump went out on my 2002 dodge 2500 cummins diesel and they were the only dealership at the exit I got off on. And they were very helpful and friendly. They took my truck in and installed a new water pump and I was back on the road in 3 hours. I did contact the dodge the next exit down but the would have not been able to help till Monday. I really appreciate everything that toyota did to help me out.

I would 100% recommend the service department. We have been going there for a few years, and everyone is friendly, efficient, honest, and helpful. (William usually takes care of our car; he goes above and beyond the call of duty every single time we are in there for service.)

I had two cars I needed service. One a newer rav 4 tires and oil change. And a old seqouia that had front end work and needed alignment and fix the antilock brakes from activation Everytime I pressed the brake. They tried to sell me a yaw rate sensor. I disagreed that would fix the problem . They didnt agree to remove and take the yaw rate sensor off the bill if it doesnt fix the problem. So I suggested the wheel speed sensors were dirty. They said that would set a code. No not all the time. So I took the truck home removed the speed sensors. They had metal shavings on one. Cleaned reinstalled and that fixed it. Had to return to this dealer the first alignment was done incorrect. They redone it . Then the seqouia drives perfect now. This dealers service manager is friendly and reasonable. I still recommend them. Just remember we are all imperfect humans. Sometimes youre the dog sometimes youre the fire hydrant.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I absolutely would. My boyfriend has come here on multiple occasions to get different things fixed on his vehicle. Each time there was a new problem when receiving the vehicle back... Worse than how the car was brought in to be serviced. I hate to say it but DO NOT come here to get your vehicle serviced especially if you do not have to. This is a very poor excuse of a service team. We would rather go to a garage shop that actually cares and patiently caters to the needs of the vehicle than hurry through the process only to have us waste over $1000.

My Daughter came to get her fluids topped of in her 2015 Toyota corrolla, the guy at Service department is very rude & I was talking to my Daughter he kept saying smart comments. Then the mechanic was outside when she picked up her car & he said a smart Comment...I feel these people are very racists!! You all wasnt rude when you got $16,000 plus CASH besides this car has a warranty & you will honor it. Work on your costumer service skills PLEASE!
