Had a great experience. Mike was super helpful and the mechanics did a fantastic job rebuilding my transmission. Its been over 10k miles since the rebuild and it has been trouble free.

The owner asked for $4200 cash for my car repairs. I didnt know why until afterwards and its because my car got a huge dent in it while under his care. Too late now. He wont own up to the damages although he has video footage running nonstop.

I have been going there for years, they have always been helpful and friendly, I have taken cars there that other shops have said cant be fixed and Lowndes County transmissions has always fixed them. They are honest and knowledgeable, very busy with excellent service, best in town for transmissions, I recommend it to all my friends.

Customer service is a miss..... Dropped the vehicle off over 1 week ago for a job the guy made seem like would be done in 2 days.... I have been back 2xs to retrieve the vehicle everytime he tells come back tomorrow afternoon or the next morning...... The employees are Very Rude and Disrespectful as well as the owner!

Do not bring your car here if you have any type of timeline. Took almost 3 weeks to do a 3 hour rebuild on my trans. Everytime I called there was a different excuse on why my transmission wasn’t done on time. Never got an apology or any kind of deadline from the old guy behind the counter just pushed things back more and more everytime I called. Went there in uniform and was spoken to rudely as well. Do not recommend anyone, especially service members, to take any vehicle here if you want good customer service, timeliness, or to be treated decently in general.
