Outstanding professionalism! Transporting an oversize load, had a flat. Less than 30 minutes to dismount, patch, remount tire and pay for services on the side of the road. Friendly but never stopped working. Great job. Will keep this number in my phone because we get through here almost weekly.

Driving up from Florida for an 18hr ride to chicago - my car started to shake and pull hard to the left. I knew something wasn’t right and wanted to get it looked at. At 4:40 I called their shop to see if I could have someone look at it knowing they closed at 5. They were so kind and able to squeeze me in before they closed. Turns out my tire was separating & could’ve become a major issue on my drive home - but they were able to diagnose and get a new tire on my car within 25 minutes. I was back on the road shortly after 5 with peace of mind and a car back in good driving condition. Thank you so much!

EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! My husband is scheduled for surgery Friday in Gainesville, Fla.. We have to leave on Thursday. On Tuesday afternoon we noticed we had picked up a nail on the back tire. I began calling places looking for a tire. No one had the tire or even offered to try and order one..not even the dealer. My last call was to Fussell Tire Pros. Ms.Debbie answered the phone and I explained our circumstances to her and she said they did not have the tire but she could get it in by Wednesday at 11:00. She really went the extra mile to help us. We arrived at 11:00 on Wednesday morning a d we were in and out in 37 minutes. You cannot ask for any better service. They were helpful and friendly. A little off on their product knowledge. Ultimately found a better price on the same product. However based on the quality of the shop and what I experienced while I was there I would definitely go back if the price was right.

I get my routine oil changes here. Great place and friendly staff, they also used to let students utilize their flex program. I am not sure if they still do this, but it wouldnt hurt to call and ask. It helped me out in the past.

Great place great tires, we had two blowouts on our RV North is a mad Exit 29 couldnt make it to exit 29 to get off the interstate. They came out after hours and changed all of the tires. Great place!! Very friendly when I called to see if they had the tire, gave me great directions from where I was. We blew a trailer tire on our vacation and hey had us back up and on the road in less then an hour! Everyone we talked to was nice and friendly. Tech was great!

I use a less common extra ply tire. They had plenty in stock and at a good price. Got me in and out quickly, with very friendly service. They have the facilities to work on large trucks, I even saw tractor tires out back.Almost paid through the nose at another shop in Adel, but they seemed kinda shady. Fussell, is clean and acts totally professional.

Amazing service. Evacuating Florida ahead of Irma and blew a tire. I have an uncommon size and didnt know enough about the area to find one. They called around town for me, found a replacement, got it, and brought it to me and put it on for a fair price and in the time quoted. I saved their number in my phone in case Im ever in need of auto service in the Valdosta area again.

They mounted four new tires for me and were super reasonable on their prices.

Great facility but not a very broad availability for car tires on hand. Not a place to go if you have a car and an emergency need for tires. Trucks on the other hand, plenty to choose from

My tire had been losing air for over a week and I had to put air in it several times. I called Fussell Tires at 4:00 pm and spoke to the lady; told her I had a leak in my tire and asked if they had time to repair it. She stated to bring it up there they would repair it. When I arrived (4:20) a couple was in the waiting area and told me they had been their since 1:00. Around 4:50 a tech drove my car to the work area. At 5:00 he drove my car back out front and took the lady the keys. She came and brought me my keys and stated the tech could not find anything wrong with my tire. I stated that something was wrong, it had leaked down several times over the past week. She stated well he did see nothing. I asked if he checked the valve? She replied yeah he did. The tech did not have time to dismount my tire and check it out. He was ready to go home because it was closing time. It seems to me if you are not their to spend several hundreds of $$$ on tire repair, they could care less about you. I will not go back.

Tires are great! But they broke my lug nuts then charged me for them breaking $5 a piece totalled $100 extra that I shouldnt have had to pay!

We were stranded travelers.. Fussells friendly helpful staff soon had us repaired and back on the road Florida bound!! What a wonderful blessing they are to our world.

My husband and I were traveling back towards Naples Florida and pieces of an 18 wheeler Tire was scattered over all three lanes and something got caught underneath the car. Thanks to Google and Fussell Tire we got off the highway. The mechanic at Fussell looked under the car and then put the car on the lift. They removed some plastic shrouding and presented the car back to us. Happily there was no damage. And remarkably they wouldnt take any money. These kinds of shops are few and far between these days so if you have a need keep them in mind.

I called the day before to describe my situation and was told to bring my car by the following morning for a free inspection and wouldnt take but a few minutes. Once I arrived I waited several minutes before I was greeted. Nobody seemed to know what I was talking about when I said I called the day before (didnt get a name, failure on my part). It took way longer than I was originally told and was on my way to work. The mechanic was very rude and if nothing was already wrong he was gonna make sure something tore up the way he was driving it. My car is older and falling apart already. Wont be back to see them.

While traveling out of town, the tire maintenence light came on. With no idea where to go, I found Fussell Tire Pros in Valdosta, GA (829 St. Augustine Rd). Byron Wilder took us right in and spent the next 50 minutes working with the tires to find any possible damage. When none was found, Byron sent us on our way without charging us a dime for the time he spent working on my vehicle. What a SPECTACULAR example of customer service!!

Great place to have commercial tire work done

This had to be the slowest most incompetent shop I have ever been to. It took them over 3 hours to mount 4 tires when there was nothing waiting when I arrived. I watched their mechanics do more walking around than anything. I was going to get an alignment also but they tried to tell me that the balljoints and hubs were bad, when I being a master certified technician checked this truck out yesterday and it had no play in any of the steering and suspension components. They are a complete rip off trying to sell parts that are not needed.Ill take my truck somewhere else from now on.

AC went out on our way to Columbus GA to my mother-in-laws funeral. We stopped there in Valdosta and they had it recharged and had us on of our way within 40 minutes. I cant say enough good about their customer service and their concern for our situation. Wish I lived close enough so I could always have my car serviced at Fussells!
