Ordered my tires online saved $70.00I ordered Michelin Primacy (4) for my 2016 Toyota Camry. The staff was Great! Tony and Josh was very helpful. They are 60k mile tires I went 77k on mine. Nothing but the best!

The most positive experience at a tire shop ever. They were able to get us in, a brand new tire installed since other one couldnt be repaired, rotated the wheels so things would be better balanced. Shaun was so helpful and was incredible. In person and over the phone, customer service was perfect. I wish everyone Discount Tire worked as well as they do. Not sure of the technicians working on our vehicle. But when we got the paperwork he was also very knowledgeable and reassuring that everything was in working order again and informed us what all they did. If we didnt live 8 hours away, this would be the only tire store I would use.

I was shopping for new wheels/tires for my VW Atlas. Although there wasn’t a lot research and experience in the aftermarket range for this vehicle, Shaun and Ben were willing to work with me. They were the lowest price in town and even beat an online option i found. They kept in constant communication with the shipping process and the install was efficient and a breeze. I was very disappointed in my service. I took my vehicle and was told nothing was wrong after my tires were checked.I continued to have the same trouble. I took my vehicle somewhere else and the problem was discovered. I called back to inform them of the dangers and my concerns especially because I drive my child in my vehicle. I was told to bring the vehicle back. When I went back I was never informed that I would have e to wait 1 1/2 hr for a 10 min job and then Tony tried to upsale me lug nuts. I came here from a recommendation from precision auto tune. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing and really assumed that they would not accept me for that reason. However they allowed me to come in and get a new tire that I desperately needed and I was in and out. The man that helped me was Adrian who was absolutely great. Fast and great customer service.

Was heading to Florida for work, and hit something. Was able to get my car to the location, and Shaun took one look at it, and had me in a bay in a few minutes. Although they did not have my exact tire in stock, Shaun got me a tire and had an appointment set up for me at another Discount Tire location near my house for the day after I get home. Highly recommend this Discount Tire location! I was passing through Georgia headed back to Ohio and had a flat tire. Mark Holler and the team here got my car in right away, repairing it quickly and perfectly. Not only was everybody incredibly professional, they could not have been nicer or more hospitable. Even brewed a fresh pot of coffee at the end of the day for me. Ill be looking for a Discount Tire in my neck of the woods next time I need wheels or tires!

I just had four of the Michelin Defenders installed on my 2017 Highlander. I was greeted halfway from the parking lot to the front door by a warm and professional smile. On our road trip down to Florida from Wi, five days after purchasing new tires from Good Year, we had a blow out on the freeway. I was beyond stressed and in complete shock. The staff at Discount tire were calm and kind. They walked me through a series of options one of which even included giving me credit for my blown tire toward a new one. In the end I got four brand new BETTER QUALITY tires for the cost of ONE band new tire. It took longer for me to decide a solution than for them to change the tires and get us back on the road. Mark and Josh were patient, compassionate and willing to do anything they could to help get me and my family back on the road. Because we bought our tires there we get free rotations, replacements if something like this happens again and rebalancing for the life of the tires. We’re customers for life. No doubt about it.

Buyer Beware! Although we received attentive service, we were shocked to find warranty fees of $35 per tire added ($140 total) to our cost without our approval.Our salesperson helped us select our set of tires. He told us that in the event that we had another damaged tire that Discount Tire would repair or replace the tire free of charge. (We learned later that this certificate cost us $60.) He also said that Discount Tire offers free rotation and balance for the life of the tire. (We learned later that this “installation and maintenance” cost us $80.)These offers were presented to us as inclusive with the purchase of a full set of tires and influenced us in buying a new set of four tires instead of replacing one damaged tire.We were not told of the added fees. We were not shown an itemized breakdown of the purchase. And we were provided only links to the paid “certificates” and maintenance forms.In the event you purchase tires from Discount Tires, ask for an itemized breakdown so that you are aware of the added fees.

We were traveling when an issue occurred with our drivers rear tire in Valdosta. The staff quickly and amicably determined there was a manufacturers defect in the tire and replaced it free of charge (tires were still under warranty). We only paid $20 to add warranty coverage to the new tire.
