No customer service, This is what I don’t understand, You come into the store and no one is saying welcome in or Hi. Regardless if you’re helping a customer! Plus they never have sizing. DO BETTER FAMOUS FOOTWEAR! Hire people that love working with other people.

Happy with my purchase in shoes not happy with being mislead in the socks I purchased. Dont mislead someone to get a sale.

I experienced the worst service today. I was planning to buy my five grandchildren tennis shoes, they are ages 2 1/2 to 14, and my daughter a couple of pairs of shoes for work, that’s at least 7 pairs. The assistant manger was putting items away, which happened to be in every aisle that we were shopping in. I ignored him, but I would hear him greeting the other customer and offering assistance. He walked past us at least four times, saying excuse me as he reached between my daughter and I, but never once offering assistance. As he walked around to the next aisle he spoke to the customer offering assistance. That was the last straw and we left without purchasing anything. We went to the nearby Kohls and found the children’s shoes and a much better selection of women’s shoes. I called the manager and she responded “I am sorry that happened and I will talk to him”. To say the least there was not an ounce of sincerity in her response. This has occurred the last few times that I’ve gone to the Vacaville CA store. I will not be shopping at this location and possibly any of your stores again.

I can’t believe this place, I went here three times to get shoes exchanged bright and early first temporary hours are 10am and then changed to 11am this is ridiculous. Figure your hours out.

Had the converse I was looking for. Got 2 pair!

Brandon the manager was making fun of me when I was explaining why I brought back the shoes that I wore for 2 hours. Very poor quality of customer service. Please train your staff to not advise anyone as we all are grown adults and we have worn shoes all our lives according to him. I dont need your advise... Never coming back again...

I like shopping at this store, I didnt see many selections styles and size I was looking for a toddler girl size. But I still love this store.

The manager Brendan M*****F****** making fun of me when I was returning my shoes. He kept saying Im the manager and gave me the wrong number to corporate. Once I called corporate, they helped. I will never shop hare again.
