Purchased a new Fossil 5E. Not sure how a smartwatch will benefit me and my lifestyle. Angela had great suggestions and pointed me to some nice apps to load. The strap was ginormous. Angela adjusted it perfectly. Bought an additional strap for casual. Great shop.

Nice store, good and attentive staff. Nice expensive watches at a very reasonable price, a very reasonable price. My brother and I went into the store to have our watches fixed; (reset date). Ended up buying new watches.

I walked in and was greeted by a nice employee. She told me they got some new items in and was very knowledgeable about their product. I walked around the store and then I heard an female manager complaining about a customer and I remembered that was the same manager complaining about other customers when I shopped at that store couple months back. I get it! You might be having a bad day or maybe that customer was not so easy to work with. But complaining other customers loudly in the store while others are still shopping wasn’t a good behavior any company would want for their business.

Great prices and selection! Stephanie did a great job helping me purchase 2 Michael Kors watches. I literally got 2 watches for the prices of 1. They also can change your watch battery as well for a reasonable price. I will definetly be coming back to them for more. If you like a good deal on designer stuff go here.

A place that you could buy a cheapest products of name brand of watches,purse wallet,bags and anything you could buy.the sale lady can help you what is good stuff or not,store is clean & lots of sales that you can see & pick the best brand for you.

Sometimes online prices may beat outlet price.. So check online before walking in. Staffs were great, friendly and patient. They offered to show lot of options. Didnt see a whole lot of collection on other items except watches. Clean and nice. I was lucky to grab a great deal on watches. Oh and if you use your email they will give you certain percentage off. Enjoy shopping.

Super helpful staff. Came in about questions regarding watch repair. An employee greeted us and gave us all the appropriate information. We had other questions about the hybrid watches. The sale was really good and much cheaper than online. Staff once again was helpful and loved their products. Really glad we went. Solid store and good deals (which is a rarity compared to the other outlet stores weve been to in Vacaville)

Use to be great now selection is poor. 10 years ago they had vintage cool watches. Now it ho hum. Refurbished stuff.

Love Fossil. But one of the employees looked as if she didnt even like customer service. If Im paying for a $200-500 watch at least help me. When youre doing nothing and Im standing at your counter hands on glass and all... Ask if I want to see something.

Kind of depressing when you walk into a Fossil store on the release day of a new smartwatch from the company, and the lady behind the counter says, I doubt we will ever get the Gen 5 watch here, but I can help you order it online.A Fossil store doesnt even get their new watches? WHAT? Whats the purpose in having a Fossil store when their new products dont even show up at the store?

Between watching a employee texting on her phone and a manager that was to busy trying to make a sale which she didnt. I found myself walking out of the store and leaving a watch behind that I wanted to purchase because after 20 of waiting nobody wanted to take my money. As a business owner myself I found it rather sad.
