Good repairs, fair prices. Let me break this down for all of you who want good customer service.You have two choices:1) You want to fix it yourself.- know Exactly what part(s) you want.- ready to tell them equipment Model # and Serial # (if possible).- pics might be helpful. Just remember, this is a small business, not a small engine repair training academy.2) You want them to fix it.- Plan to leave your machine because theres others ahead of you. If they decide to fix it on the spot....bonus.- The reason they can repair what you cannot at a low price is because they dont hire 3 extra people to give you a perky smile, answer questions to satisfy your useless curiosity , and make you feel special. You want that, go to Starbucks and buy a coffee with a stupid name for $6.00. Otherwise, throw that machine away and go buy another.....just another mechanic

Today was my second time there. First time they fixed my mower at a very reasonable price. Today, I took it in because it would not start. They did a five minute repair at no charge! Highly recommend🙂

I heard a lot of good things about this shop...... Unfortunately they have gone out of business. I went by on 1/23/2019 and there was a sign posted on the front door stating they had closed.

I have had nothing but excellent service from the staff at J&W. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and have good attitudes.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff they had the parts I needed in stock after a few questions they were able to provide everything I needed

Called for basic information on lawn mower repair/servicing. The woman who answered was rude, and not very helpful, basically just informed me that their shop is full for repairs four weeks out, and wouldnt say what their prices were, or ask what the issue with my mower was. Didnt offer any other assistance or alternatives. When asked for other recommendations she said to try Davis or Vallejo and abruptly hung up as I said thank you. Not at all impressed with their customer service.

The owner always knows what needs to be done to fix what is brought in.

Customer service lady ride. Ride and more rude. Gabe zero help and zero flat out horrible customer service.
