Eric is excellent in helping select Hearing aids. Works with you as long as needed to get the correct hearing aids. Follow up appointments make sure you have the proper fit. Although I was a bit more of a problem he stuck with me until I was satisfied with my selection.

Eric and Advanced Instruments Hearing Aid Center is absolutely amazing. Erics level of genuine care for each customer is second to none. His skill in the industry just amazes me. My Grandmother had multiple failures with other audiologists and was convinced the appointment was a waste of time, but Eric was able to diagnose and help her in a very dramatic way. Ive had my hearing aids from Advanced Instrument Hearing Aid Center for 10 days and the results are nothing short of remarkable. Eric Stratton very carefully fitted me with hearing aids specific to my issues. He then thoroughly explained use/care of the devices. It has opened up an whole new world to me. I can hear in situations that prior were nearly impossible. I can clearly hear the voices of my grandchildren and my very soft spoken girlfriend. The words huh and what have almost left my vocabulary. I can make slight adjustments from the app on my iPhone to change settings as situations dictate; although, for the most part, the original settings that Eric provided are perfect. I couldnt be happier with the results. Both Eric and his office manager are knowledgable, courteous and professional.
