Always spectacular!!! Had a double double and it was packed with flavor. The staff was SO KIND and FAST. They even helped me bring our food out to my family! This location was also VERY clean!

Great food, service and always so fresh and tasty. I brought my 1 year old in recently, Holly was who helped us, she was the sweetest with her. Its not often employees take the time to talk to/acknowledge little ones on their level, she even asked me if she could give her stickers. Made our whole day! I dont know why people make a big deal about this place. Didnt even have sweet tea. I asked and they said they were bringing it out and they guy pointed at sugar packets. Food was sloppy.

It is always amazing to watch these teams work and the consistant quality and value in the food that made them famous. Each facility is immaculately clean and you can not get fresher or higher quality ingredients. Always be aware of the secret menu modifications you can find online..who does not like animal style!

Food was good, hamburger good. French fries tasted like cardboard. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Facility spotless. FYI: Work on your French fries they have no taste!! Call Steak n Shake, best 🍟 ever!

The food was great, best potato fries at any In-N-Out location, and service was excellent. Brianna and another guy kept walking around, making sure everyone had what they needed and it was clean.

This seems to be very popular and there was a huge line for the drive-thru - a good sign. We ordered and everything was read back correctly. We paid and the attendant read back everything correctly, at lightning speed. That young man had amazing diction, he should be the professional that reads all the medical side effects of prescription medications on television! Anyway, we got our order, brought it home and exactly one meal out of the four was prepared how we ordered it. My first time at In-N-Out was a real letdown.

Its a must eat when in California. Im a vegetarian. Their vegetarian burger animal style is the only and the best one for us. Their fries are made from fresh potatoes and their chocolate shake and strawberry shake is a must have. They are made from real ice cream.

We came all the way from the East Coast and were looking forward to an awesome In and Out experience - We were not let down! Our buss, Addi, was also amazing. Interacted with the kids, got us all hats, he was absolutely amazing! Couldnt have asked for a better In and Out experience!

Pretty quick. We had to wait an extended amount of time waiting at the drive through window. The employee was very apologetic and kept offering milkshake or something else for the wait. She tried so hard, she sorry about the wait but it freaky wasnt that big of a deal

The last time I ate at an In-N-Out Burger was 2010. It hasnt changed. Great burgers and fries for the price. You cant go wrong with the double double combo. Fast service. Always busy. I bet its because the food is good. There is always an employee cleaning around. Ill be back on my next visit to Cali.

Absolutely love this place. BEST burgers in the country hands down. They have super fresh Ingredients that taste amazing. In N Out Burger has to be one of my favorites in the world. After a 10 hour flight its the first stop to have a genuine California burger experience. The double beef double cheese animal style (extra toppings) is a special treat. Great service and great food.

Always great. Line was long but we got through it in good time. Only problem was that they didnt bag our food. I asked them to bag at the last window but they only gave us a bag and wouldnt bag for us. I tried to place the trays of food in the bag but they wouldnt fit so our food got cold on the way home. I guess always mention you want your food bagged. I thought drive thru was a given that you wanted it bagged.

Sooo good. But the line was longer than the section 8 waiting list.

Simply good. This is just a good hamburger. The ingredients are fresh and the burger is made to order. The drivethru is always super busy, and is not necessarily an indication of how busy it will be inside. Today, though the drivethru line was at least 15 cars, when I parked and went inside, I was able to place my order right away.

I was excited to try the burger I was listining about ever since my arrival to California. It is a great hamburger, fries are good, strawberry milkshake felt like it was made of milk and real strawberries. Meat is fresh and the bun was yummy. Liked it way more than the McDonalds one. They have GF/ protein version too, burger wrapped in lettuce that my friend had and she liked it too. Went for additional one.

Their burger was fine. Fries? Not so much. Theyre usually just oily and lank so we asked for crispy. Oops. Not good either. Suspect they have problems with oil temperature.

Sad to report that this franchise failed the test of following directions. A simple double burger only spread & mustard with fries. Had to order two cause once you pick out all the hard fries you barely get 1/2 order. Well I got the driest burger this side if the Mojave n barely pulled 20 hot soft fries from the double order.There needs to be a place open just for cheat days cause thus was a waist of good tummy space. Sure hope the poor quality food n service is not due to the family chain of command change???? Try visiting each facility to taste test food, then judge accordingly. I could stayed on my fast,,,ughhhhh!

Easy in, maybe not quite so easy return to freeway, but reasonable, manageable. Line moved about so quickly as could be expected, food ready when I got to the windows, and as usual, burgers seem generous for the price. I know it is probably just because the lettuce is plentiful and the onion slice also enough to deter following conversion in the car but seems to be a very good value for price. When traveling I now look for these shops, expecting quick, accurate orders, constant attention to cleanliness, fresh ingredients, and generous burgers for the price. The usual very long lines should not be a deterrent as typical wait time is usually not nearly so long as might be anticipated.

EVERYTIME I go here I ask for a 2 by 4. Specifically saying that I want 2 MEAT and 4 CHEESE. Not only do I not get what I asked for, I always get the opposite. Even after they read it back exactly how I ordered it. It blows my mind that they can mess it up after they read it correctly. Hopefully one day theyll hire people who can make a simple burger correctly.

Wow what a burger, being new to California I had only heard of this mysterious in & out burger, I finally got up the nerve to sit in a line that wrapped around the parking lot, figuring it would be an hour or more I was stunned that it only took maybe 10 minutes, my 1st try was a Double with cheese and it was fantastic, fries were underwhelming but I was told I can do something from a secret menu so on 2nd try after I looked it up I saw I could double cook and animalize it, total difference the Animal burger and fries were totally different not sure why they hide it as it seems thats what most people do, I guess its nice to think your in an elite group so highly recommend if youve never tried and dont let the ridiculous line scare you as its quick, you can almost eat in your car but man are they messy 5 stars on 2 visits and think it will just get better, neopolotin shakes are you kidding me? Now I gotta try those
