I so wanted to be happy with a hometown option. Sadly, I experienced poor customer service with failed follow through and multiple excuses. I eventually gave up and returned to a tried and true company out of town who has helped me execute my new custom bathroom from design, through build and install. Meanwhile SST still hasnt followed through with even a phone call to apologize for their lack of customer service. This experience started in Oct 2019.

Brenda is a gem, she was very helpful. Went in with an idea in mind for our bath remodel, within 30 minutes she had a sketch and was pulling tiles and flooring samples for viewing. She turned our dream bathroom into a reality. Thank you Brenda and Joel, you are an amazing team!

Brenda from Stateside Stone and Tile designed our kitchen. She was the only one out of the numerous contractors we interviewed who was willing to look outside the box and give us the open floor plan we wanted. She listened to our likes and then gave us suggestions on cabinets, quartz countertops, sink, and tile floors. Every suggestion she made we loved. She not only designed the kitchen but she hooked us up with her husband’s construction company to do the install (Vincent Construction from Vacaville). What a talented team they make. Let me share my short journey with this company. First they start with taking measurements and stating what’s best for your pockets without an inkling of how much you’re willing to take the extra step in order to have an amazing, and beautiful upgrade.It was not planed that the entire house was to undergo cosmetic surgery. Starting with paint,counters, cabinets, kitchen and all bedrooms and bathrooms as well. 10 or more spaces in totalShe started with a story,then not calling ahead while the client is waiting.The assistant didn’t bother to cover for Brenda.She only asked’ Can she still come’ .Finally I received a call from( Brenda) the lady of Stateside Stone, I brought her to task concerning her lack of professionalism of not texting or calling ahead . She didn’t like it of course .I had to reschedule my appointments in order to see her. I have no problem if the unexpected arises, but do call or text in advance.And that’s the reason why people have assistants, use them!Once the measurements were done, she promised to have an estimate that weekend or the following 1st day of the week.Till this day, it’s been two weeks now, i’ve never heard from her at all.No phone calls , no apologies. NOTHING!This is not the time of business we customers want. Lack of professionalism and integrity.But what she didn’t know was we intended to do much more work with our house.A complete makeover to the point of my home being unrecognizable.She is quite disrespectful towards her customers. And I hope you Dear family will heed my warnings.Don’t waste your time with Stateside Stone and Tile you will be extremely disappointed.Do not trust Brenda to call, keep appointments at due time, and DO NOT expect even a decent estimate from her.She will NOT bother, simply because she never called us back or explained.NOT to be trusted!!!Move on to a more professional and respectful company whiling to take accounts of your needs. I did with four more companies. And they are extraordinary.There’s always two side to a story but this is my experience with Brenda. So be careful!
