Gosh, I do love this store for the wide variety of products available. I came today to find some liquid soap from the United Kingdom. They have the best soap, and I found some! Plus, I also found some British candles on clearance ( I bought 3). You do need to have a bit of patience to check everything out, and towards the back right hand part of the shop is the clearance items.Check it out! Prices are good and there really are some little treasures to be found.

Very disappointing workers. Security woman - short, long black hair profiling my wife and I for having fun. We were just looking around the store, looking to buy some kitchen supplies - just laughing and having a good time with each other. She asks if we need help looking for anything. We say no and she’s like, “are you sure?” very loudly may I add. Again, I say no we are fine. Then she yells for customer service to stay over here and what? Watch us? Assuming that we are stealing? Because we are just having fun together not bothering anybody? Then as we move to a new aisle, she comes by and looks in our cart. Do NOT do that. Is this racial profiling? It very much could be. We do not appreciate this type of customer service. We loved home goods - will not be shopping here again. Home Goods, get your workers under control and their priorities straight. Left our cart there and walked out.
Always great. A bustling, constantly changing, exciting array of goods. Only complaint is that some dunderhead decided the last few Christmases to put their exceptional collection of holiday decorations TOWARD THE BACK OF THE STORE, and make the first 3 or 4 rows a toy store. The store in Vacaville could reign supreme for Christmas frivolity but decided for 3 weeks to be a bad toys r us that no one is looking for. I kindly explained this to obtuse management a couple of years ago to no avail.

I am like a kid in a candy store when I go to HomeGoods. Theres so much to enjoy. Although I need absolutely nothing, I always come away with a pretty treasure either for myself or for a friend.

One of my fave go to stores for home decor. They never disappoint with the variety of statement pieces. I love this location and it will be a primary visit throughout the decorating of my new home.

A focus on furnishing your kitchen, bedroom, bath, and other living spaces. However, I would say the best deals are in the kitchen and bath sections. The problem with this is, everything is disorganized. It is perhaps a shelved and at other times hung on hooks, bargain bin. Lets say you give yourself 15 min to dig for an unknown treasure. Halfway through you find a sequel to that set you have always wanted, for just $1. No, you cant believe it. So you know the original, first episode, is in there. After 2 hour of going through and stack everything in the bin you find 50 more sequels, but no first episode. You then tidy up the area and leave upset, not even buying the sequel. This is Home Goods.

This was the worst HomeGoods I had visited, wow! Only 2 cashiers, when I called for the supervisor, she had an attitude, excuse was, its Sat, hello! Customer service! The line was stacking up...😨

I give this store a 1 star for very poor customer service. First it took about an hour for us to checkout even after we spent about $3,000.00 worth of merchandise/furniture. The ringing up was not slow but the process to tag everything for pick-up/delivery was a journey. Thank goodness Cheryl was there to assist us, she was the only one with GREAT customer service. The only reason that store even got a star. The next day was even worse and Cheryl was not there this time to save us. I felt discriminated when my wife and I returned to pick-up our Home Goods. The associates made me wait for another hour outside in the rain as I waited patiently for them to help assist me in loading our vehicles. They staired at me as if I was crazy to fit pretty much everything we bought from the previous day. I felt even more ignored when they saw the vehicle I came with to load all the furniture. Apparently they can hide their facial expression and body language when they dont want to provide customer service. Although we felt discriminated, my wife still wanted to purchase an additional carpet for our new home, but no one wanted to assist her even when she asked for help. Im a Facility Manager for the Travis Exchange and now I know the difference between customer service on base and off base when it comes to retail. I feel sorry for anyone who shops there and doesnt look or dress like they can afford merchandise there because thats how it all started.
Home Goods is excellent today have so many quality fixtures the prices are just a tiny bit High but they are mostly unique items I find that its kind of cluttered so its so many things until when item will fall over trying to get to the other item other than that I like the store and definitely will go back again

People here are rude and smell like B.O. They need to take into consideration other people and shower. The old lady that works here took 34 minutes to check out the couple in front of us. All of the other employees just stood around and wouldnt start checking out the long line behind us

I love the home goods and TJ Maxx brands. HomeGoods is the home section of TJ Maxx on steroids. I love their choice of food there like unsweetened macadamia nut milk and different kinds of specialty Honeys and jams and olive oil

Fun place to wander around and find items for home. You can definitely find some occasional great deals on kitchen items. Just be sure you know your regular prices at other stores because places like this count on buyers to think they are getting a huge discount but its a discount off full retail price which no one pays.

I am only giving a two because of customer service. Very bad! My cashier was rude. I got a hello with an eye roll. I said thank you, and got a yeah. I love the things I bought. But my experience was muddied up with the bad customer service.

I do love home goods and usually enjoy shopping there. Then why am I giving it two stars? Well, the last 3 times Ive been they have allowed customers to bring in their pets and put them in the shopping carts. I find this offensive. I feel only service dogs should be allowed in. I certainly dont want to use a cart someone had their dog in. I wouldnt want my child to sit in a cart that had a dog in it. These are not service dogs. I will no longer be shopping at HomeGoods until this practice has stopped. Service dogs YES...Pets NO. This happened at the Vacaville Store.
