I love this store. Its wonderful to browse. Good selection of kitchen accessories, reasonably priced. However, the oven and stove pans and pots are extremely expensive! I still enjoy looking.

The place was nice but definitely a smaller store. Very quiet and the associates were helpful while not being too much in my face. I went in to see what they had in store. The items there are something to consider if youre really in to cooking.

Great (but still limited) selection and very helpful staff. The popular items sell out quickly, so Id recommend calling ahead and asking specifically about what youre looking for so that you make sure its in stock when youre there, especially if youre driving from far away.

During this special time, only allow 4 people in the store. They dont carry Caribbean color series and when I asked the sales about the different color of the handle sleeve, she told me Le Creuset never have different colors other than Black or red, which is not true. Its 30% off store wide, overall I still bought a dutch oven.

Amazing staff. We’ve visited this store a handful of times and feel as if we’re regulars here. They’ve always got deals and usually will let you know if there’s something that shouldn’t be passed up.

I drove down to Vacaville today to exchange a product and Jolene, the sales assistant, was so helpful. She really went out of her way to help me. She even suggested a place for us to have lunch. Thanks so much for the great service.

NEVER RETURNING. My mother and I went in to le creuset this weekend on our shopping day and browsed through the store. We were in the store browsing made our way to the back where the two older employees were and got ABSOLUTELY NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM EITHER WOMEN. All we heard from them was a lot of trash talking about what i assume was another employee. One single female stuck her head in the store and got a “hello how are you today?” from one employee..but my mother and i were almost COMPLETELY IGNORED until we walked out and I said “have a nice day!” and the older female employee replied “thanks you too!” BOTTOM LINE IS THE OLDER WOMEN THAT WORK THERE ARE ONLY NICE AND ACKNOWLEDGING TO WHO THEY WANT TO BE AND THAT IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSSINESS!
