The employees are generally pretty helpful, but the selection is crap and so is there return policy. Ill order from elsewhere or go to the store that is twice and expensive but actually has items that someone working with electronics needs. No wonder they were about to file for bankruptcy.

Like all (remaining) RS stores, good in a pinch, but expect to over pay for everything, compared to Amazon or eBay. Locally, ACE (or ACME?) on Indianola has a much larger selection and knowledgable staff.

I went into this store and it was awesome! Its a Sprint store now too, so when I went in for a cord for the radio in my car I found out I could upgrade, so I did and everyone was really friendly and funny.

Great customer service! Super helpful and had what I needed in stock. Glad this Radioshack is around.

I remember when radioshack had everything. Not so much anymore, but the staff are nice.

Bought a bunch of stuff for 80% off because it was closing. Poor RadioShack... by the time the maker movement came back, theyd already chased everyone away by trying to sell them cellphone plans and accessories.

I avoid the Shack whenever possible. If I wanted sass, Id call my estranged sister.

Do you want to buy a sprint phone? If yes then this is the place. Otherwise go somewhere else for your diy electronic needs.

Gone out of business - now its a Sprint store.

You can find any electronic that the usual stores do not carry, and with their off and on sales if you wait for sales the deals are always well worth the while!
