DO NOT BUY NOTHING HERE Please save your self if your thinking of buying anything from this store. ORDERED A MACHINE OVER A MONTH AGO AND WAS PROMISED IT IN A WEEK TWO WEEKS TOPS TWO WEEKS CAME STILL DIDNT HEAR FROM SALES REPRESENTATIVE CALLED MYSELF AND HE GAVE ME ANOTHER WEEK WAIT. THE WEEKS PAST AND I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS GIVEN THE ONLY RUN AROUND KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO ONLY GET BACK ON THE PHONE TO SAY THEY DO NOT WANT TO COMPLETE MY ORDER ANYMORE. THEY TRIED TO BLAME THE MANUFACTURE SAYING IT DIDNT SHIP THE PRODUCT DUE TO COVID 19 WHEN I CONTACT THE MANUFACTURE THEY STATED THAT THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THAT EQUIPMENT IN STOCK NOR DO THEY SELL IT IN THEY STORES. SO APPARENTLY THE ITEM I ORDERED WAS NEVER ORDERED BY THE COMPANY. SO FOR A MONTH THE COMPANY BEEN TRYING FIND A MACHINE THAT I ORDERED WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THEY CANT FIND IT. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A IN STORE PURCHASE . STARTING TO ASSUME THE STORE ONLY TOOK MY MONEY TO PAY RENT KNOWING THEY COULD NOT FIND THE ITEM I PURCHASED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

We bought most of our equipment from Mediterranean and they were very accommodating. Everything works well and was a reasonable price. I had a chance to be helped with the owner and his son who were very professional along with the staff there as well.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to figure out exactly what my restaurants needs were. All the equipment was high quality and well priced. It was an excellent experience and I will deffinetly be going back when we update the rest of our kitchen equipment!!

Great people to deal with. Worked with George on equipping a new pizzeria. Prices were better than others and way more professional to work with. Fast response and delivery!

Bought a cooler from over 5 hours away, was worried slightly since we dont always do this. Everything went well except for refunding the shipping fee since we picked it up. Its been 30 days so I hope it gets taken care of shortly. Partly my fault since I am not able to call each day. Will update review if I hear nothing back in another 30.Update: Called and had to give them the credit card number again to credit back. So Im happy, cooler works and looks great!

Products are good quality, respectable timing, and some of the best staff of any industry Ive ever seen.

It was a pleasure to work with Mediterranean from the start to the end. I had a customized Grill ordered. They came out to my location and measured it to make sure it would fit perfect. George even had a customized table done for it.The delivery was smooth and installation went perfect. It was done at night so I didnt have lose business at my place.
