We have been shopping here for all our Islamic clothing, accessories & other authentic products for over 5 years now. Our experience always exceeded our expectations. The owner is a very honest & hardworking person with tremendous Islamic knowledge. A humble & down to earth person. The range & quality of Islamic products available at Maqbool’s is not available anywhere in Bay Area under one roof (at least with our experience living here for the last 15 yrs) yet they have never taken advantage of that. Instead they always maintained a fair pricing structure across the board. We are truly blessed to have Maqbool’s serve our community with so much dignity & dedication. We shop at here all time! Usually there is one brother that’s always there to help and today there was someone new. He helped my mom with an exchange a few days ago, since the sizing of her abaya was wrong and she payed a lot of money for it, so she wanted to get something that fit.That day my mom went in for an exchange, the employee who was there today was there that day too. The guy rushed my mom to pick something for the exchange and hurry up because he needed to attend the Quran Hafiz graduation at the masjid across the street. My mom quickly rushed picked something and felt pressured, so she didn’t say anything to him and just brought it home to try. Unfortunately the fit was not right this time either, and it happens to all customers.We went back today and all my mom asked was can I exchange one last time since last time I didn’t have time to try. The employee was very rude and stated that ‘WE ARE NOT WALMART. WE DONT EXCHANGE OVER AND OVER, WE DONT HAVE MONEY TO DO THAT FOR YOU.’ I had to raise my voice and cut him off to get a word into his rant. I told him ‘no one said you are Walmart.’ I was going to tell him that accommodating the customer should be his priority as their business runs based on the sales and feedback of their customers.My mom asked me to not continue and argue with him so I didn’t say anything further. I am HIGHLY disappointed with Maqbool and their employee. I have never had an experience like that, at this store before. I will not be referring anyone of my family members or friends anymore.My uncle passed away this passed week due to a tragic car accident and this is the last thing we needed. We referred many people attending his janaza, to go and buy good quality Islamic wear at maqbool.In the end the quality of the product means NOTHING, if the people in the store don’t know the first thing about respecting and caring for a fellow muslim.May Allah give hidayath to you sir. Don’t raise your voice to anyone, especially someone’s mother! There’s no need for that and that is not the Islamic way.

A very good spot for Islamic clothing. I was looking for Islamic men hats and found it here with a reasonable price.

Great place for all things islamic clothes, decor, gifts,etc... the store owner is very helpful and patient. Knew my size just by looking at me. Helped me pick out thobe style I wanted. Plus they have prayer rugs, kufis, scarves, womens and childrens clothing. May allah add more Baraka in his store and bless him and his family.

Please update your store hours. It says youre open on google but I drove 40+ miles today to find out that your little store was closed. SubhanAllah on the day before Ramadan. Salaam!

They dont know how to run a business! I wasted gas, time and energy trying to get ready for Ramadan only to find out that this store was closed at 11:20 am today. The store hours says they open at 10am....even the store owner is lying to my face saying he was open at 11:20 am when the door was locked and they had a CLOSED sign at the window. Guess I have to stick with Santa Clara 🤷🏾‍♂️💯

Good place to shop for middle Eastern clothes

Great quality clothing. The man there helped me a lot to search for and find what I was looking for. He also gave me extra information to help me and we had a nice conversation. My family who was just waiting for me near by even told me he was a very nice guy.

If i can I would give this review a zero star. But I cant. In the beginning the owner seemed to be very nice however we were very pressured to buy something from this store. He lost his patience after telling us he was ok with us there. It was because I was the last customer, he thought that we were not going to buy anything, he thinks we are there just to mess up his store, thought we were wasting his time as I was looking through few of the clothings, finally i decided to try on a few things he snapped so bad at my husband & started venting I couldnt do anything at the time because I was trying on my clothes but I got really fearful and thought that this man was going to do something. As respect & his time I did buy something but now that I think about it I dont think I wanna return to this store!!! Anyone who is planning on going to the store please be very Vigilant about the owner because he has the capacity to snap at you at any time I am not sure what extents his anger can lead to!😡🤬😥

Dont waste your time on this place. I drove 45 minutes to come to this store. The same guy runs a pizza shop across the street, and the clothing store at the same time. First he let me in, but then after a few minutes changed his mind and told me to come back in an hour. I dont think so. That was very rude.

Huge selection and right next to Masjid al Huda. They also have ihrams if you need for umrah/Hajj!

Very helpful and accommodating representative. She helped me find a perfect fit abaya and hijab. Very quality fabric and good fitting. Many selections. I will definitely return.

This place is absolutely fantastic!!! Maqbool has a LARGE selection of clothing for the whole family. The brothers that run the store are very polite and helpful. I will definitely be shopping there again.
