My shipment was suppose to be here on the 14th. And its delivery date has changed twice. And its still not here. I have never had this problem before and this is not acceptable.

They should close their doors!! Had the rudest, most obnoxious lady at the counter. They post requesting you wear a mask, unless you are medically unable. I thought ok. As I enter, from 10+feet away, wearing a mask, standing behind a counter and plexiglass partition; she starts yelling at me about a mask. She would barely even let me speak a single word. She advised they do not take that (a box that she was clueless about the contents) and ordered me to leave. I totally understand being cautious at this time, but would at least think a person could stop having a fit long enough to listen. Great pick FedEx, guess Ill see what brown can do for me from now on.

Fed ex is garbage the scan my package for delivered and wasn’t delivered this not the first but second time this happened do not order anything for fedex to deliver I think the driver keeping the packages because hell they never gets delivered to the correct address

Was supposed to get package on Monday it said did not attempt delivery will delivery Tuesday. Tuesday waited all day and nothing said they attempted to deliver which was a lie I live in a gated community so it will be attempted again tomorrow which is Wednesday. Maybe I’ll get it.

There are two ladies at the customer service. One is so nice and very helpful. The other one is the worst customer service I have see in my life. ALWAYS is so rude. I am not sure is because I’m a latino (strong accent) or what is her problem. Never her answer come in a good way.

The female at the counter needs a HUGE lesson in customer service or maybe a job change!! Rude! Talked to me condescending and very disrespectful! I ended up getting a refund and going to UPS. I highly recommend avoiding this place and go to UPS.

Got my package finally! The supervisor was very helpful. The administrator was clearly frustratrated with my continuous calling and hung up out of frustration. The relief that I finally got the package grants 3 stars on its own!

I ordered Lysol and vitamins for my niece on August 5th, tell me why I still haven’t received my packages (August 24th) and I had a delivery date of August 10th. I contacted FedEx corporate last week and then they contacted me stating that they too were tracking my packages and to give it until Saturday, August 22nd and if I have not received my packages to please contact them on Monday, August 24th. Well guess what...STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGES!!!! So I contacted corporate again this morning to let them know and out out of their own mouths they told me to just contact Walmart and get a refund cause my packages have likely been stolen and they’ve been having so many problems with FedEx not delivering their customer packages. Oh, and the killing part is they were actually scanned to a FedEx delivery truck at your Tuscaloosa location to appear as tho they will be delivered.

This is the worst delivery company in the US. I ordered a package on a Wed. And paid extra for it to be delivered by Fri. No package showed up on Friday at all. Saturday morning a U-Hall truck shows up and a FedEx driver jumps out with the wrong package in his hand. I informed him that this was not my package but I should have one on the truck. He glanced in the back of the truck and then said it must not be on here & it should be delivered in about an hour. Now it is the next Wed. and still no package. The automated customer service # wont even let me talk to a live customer service representative. Avoid FedEx at all cost!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They marked 2 packages delivered and they never delivered them, instead they left a door tag on our mailbox in the rain!! Then when we tried to call about it the door tags werent registered to anything and the dang packages are marked delivered. My wife goes down there today to find out where the packages are and takes the door tags and the tracking numbers. The woman at the counter asked for the door tag numbers and then she looked at my wife and said those arent valid i cant help you i need the tracking number. My wife gives it to her and ahe said well you should of gave them to me in the first place you know what i need. Customer service is absolutely horrible. They NEVER deliver the stuff up to my house. Every time they say theres no where to turn around, guess what i drive a tractor trailer for a living where do ya think i park it??

I just dont how you can charge for overnight shipping but then treat it like it is standard shipping, ive now been delayed three times. The driver supposedly made an attempt but I know for a fact they did not.

FedEx express is a joke. I watched as delivery person honks and waits 2 seconds before backing out and leaving. This was a package needing signed for and I had to hope and pray it would be delivered next day. Same thing- lazy lady didn’t even get out- honked again and Thank GOD I heard it. Such a joke. Get names and managers names people. Report them for not doing their job. Not leaving a door tag or knocking.

So here is my experience I live on a county road 2 miles from 4 lane highway lived in same home for over 10 years fed ex drivers will mark they came to house but no answer I’m disabled so I never leave they will tie packages in bags and hang them on mailbox and say delivered they have just drove by when raining and mark it tried to deliver and customer service is a joke i ordered a package 3 weeks before my sons 18th birthday said it would be 10 days no problem every day after 10 days their tracker said out for delivery everyday nothing my son birthday arrives check says it out for delivery I wait all day then I call customer service told me I would have to report lost I lost my temper yelled screamed fused but they found it in 20 mins I drove 45 mins to get it from their center I was told today package delivered I went to the end of my driveway nothing call customer service and said that just got alerted so 5 mins had passed they said office closed they said it will be Monday before we hear about our package this time. Customer service said they are just following process. Process step 1 receive package From seller check step 2 ship to local center check step 3 deliver package to customer un check They need to follow their own procedures

Wow lots of negative reviews, but my experience has been very good. I ship musical instruments, several hundred per year, and have never had a problem with the folks In Tuscaloosa. Their depot is much nicer than UPS. Also my delivery men have all been very friendly when I have received items.

HORRIBLE.I have a package that was suppose to be delivered on a Thursday, got pushed back to Friday, then to Saturday.Was out for delivery at 3:37 am on Saturday, at 11:12 it was updated that a future delivery was requested. Which is a total lie.No request was made, and for whatever reason, its not stating it will be Tuesday that it will be delivered.I understand that its the holiday season and items can be delayed but this is ridiculous. And having drivers who are updating the delivery status to not the truth is bull.

Melissa N. was the customer service representative that I attempted to work with. Upon entering the ship center, she was on her personal phone clearly having a non-work related conversation. I had to wait as she told the person on the phone, “Hold up I gotta handle something real quick.” She was dismissive of my questions and concerns and even blamed me for having an Express package. She said it was my fault that I ordered something last minute to have it shipped quickly. I tried to problem-solve with her and she continued to shut me down and went on a tangent about how busy she was. When I asked for her name, she said to the other customer in line, “Forget about that woman and she can forget about her package being sent out again.”

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! Ive been waiting on a package that shipped on 11/9 it never updated in the system until 11/18 said it was on the truck to be delivered today the FedEx driver rode up then left without delivering I called the FEDEX 800# to see why and they told me they dont show hes been here they dont have a way to call him and told me Id just have to wait for whenever they delivered it!! Ill never use FEDEX again or purchase from anyone that uses them to ship!

Avoid at all costs. People who work here are rude and unhelpful and will just plain lie to you to not have to find a package or help. Also the hours change frequently, and the delivery drivers will put the wrong hours to pick up a package, only to have the store be closed at that time. It’s not worth It, just use a different location or UPS.

Had a package with expedited shipping supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, said it was out for delivery, then updated and said “I requested to reschedule the delivery” which I did not. Then, after calling customer service and then telling me the last day they are allowed to deliver my package “on time” was Monday, the package didn’t come again. Called customer service again and they said it will be delivered Tuesday. Now I don’t even know if I can trust that. Terrible!!

This place is MISERABLE!! The people that work at this location are incompetent and rude. We have been delivering packages here for weeks for delivery and out of the blue they refused to accept our FedEx Ground packages and made us take them to the facility on the other side of town. Their own website says that they accept FedEx ground shipments but they refused ours. Honestly it was probably better this way, so I can ensure that they dont leave our packages off the truck (like they did previously.) AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

The driver that delivered my package was ridiculous. Watched from my balcony as a Penske delivery flew through our apartment complex and slamming on his brakes looking at house numbers. Speeding off and literally almost screeching tires swerving around a corner. Come by our apartment and slammed on brakes at the stop sign and could literally hear the packages flying around in the truck. Thats why I see him get out and realize its a FedEx employee and hes delivering my package! Before I could get downstairs and confront him in time, my package was dropped at my doorstep, no knock or doorbell ring, and already pulling off by the time I get outside. The package has clearly been through hell and even says fragile on it. Will never use FedEx again, no matter what, this is unacceptable.

PLEASE USE UPS OR USPS because Fedex is so unreliable.After 5 days of my package being on the truck for delivery I got it,FINALLY.I was told on day 3 that it actually was in a warehouse at FedEx and they just put that on the tracking.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS TRASH COMPANY.

I had a package that was attempted to be delivered to my home on Tuesday, but was not left due to signature required. I went online Tuesday night and requested package be held at local facility for pickup by me. After completing change of delivery form, I was notified next day that package would not be available for pickup until Friday. So it took FedEx 3 days to move the package 10 miles. I desperately needed package but FedEx would not allow me to pick it up until Friday.Will request packages be sent via UPS going forward

Fedex is so slow at getting your package to you and customer service could care less about the whole situation. Fedex most be the cheap route. I dont know any other reason why businesses use them instead of UPS.

I ordered a package through FedEx. It shipped April 25, 2015. I paid $15 for 3-5 business days shipping. I was supposed to receive this package on May 1, 2015. I tracked this package all the way onto the delivery truck, and at 11:30am, i got my chair with a book, and sat outside my door. That way, id see the truck pull up. while sitting outside waiting for my package, i recieved an email stating i missed my delivery... I had to ask myself Was i at the wrong house? No fedex truck! No letter or note ... Nothing... I called FedEx and they acted very nonchalant and uncaring. It was still 2 oclock, and the head supervisor says that his drivers said they are done for the day... Im disgusted at the service I have received and I would HIGHLY recommend another delivery service. At least in TUSCALOOSA, AL.
