I have a home based music studio and always shop here. They almost always have what I need as well as things I wish I could buy. I just bought some more studio monitors today to add to what I already have. Guys there are always very helpful. Love the store. Anyone who loves making music will love this store. DJ equipment, guitars, pianos, drums, those kinds of things.

Left my PBass with James to get a new pickup installed. He then told me he had a lot on his plate and had no idea when he could get it to me. I just told him a couple weeks at max. I was surprised to get a call the next day to pick up the bass. Not only did he do what I asked to perfection he also set the bass up and cleaned/polished it.James is usually busy when I come in but always finds a way to deliver impeccable service in the guitar department.Found my new guitar guy

Called at 6 to inquire about a product, no answer, arrived at the location with the associates vehicle parked outside before 6:30 door was locked, called again no answer.

Our church needed an equipment upgrade as well as some help (and training) on balancing the sound. Eric came and spent the day setting up new speakers, disconnecting equipment that wasnt working, and adjusting our soundboard. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and fun to work with. Nikki and the Eat My Beats team are world class! We will definitely work with them in the future.

Ive done business with both the retail and pro AV sides of Eat My Beats. Even though they know I work for a competitor, theyve always treated me well and helped me out in tricky situations.The entire staff is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, and I believe the success theyve experienced is a testament to this.I will definitely be returning.

Helpful smart and has everything you need even when youre being an idiot

Had my Daughters birthday party here two years In a row. The first year everything went great, the staff was super helpful, the D.J was great! The second year, not so great.. When I put down my deposit, I was told only 200, the day of 250, and be here 10 minutes before to set up! Get there I was notified that I could have been there half an hour to set up. The D.J was not into her job, her music selection was awful, she played the same song 3 times within the hour.she text the whole time. So if you have a party here request someone who will take an interest in the job.

All you sound needs, great selextion of guitars

I rented a speaker and mic for an event and it started raining shortly after I rented the equipment within the next hr once the rain slacked up a little bit because i didnt want to get their equipment wet for numerous reasons. So I then immediately returned the equipment unused, never even removed the equipment from my vehicle and they still charged me full price for the rental. Theyre rental policy is horrible. If I have to rent equipment again it will not be from EatMyBeats based off my experience with the rental equipment. I work retail and I understand policies but I also understand customer experience and how it effects business. The guy that I returned the equipment too showed no empathy and basically made me feel like EatMyBeats doesnt care that you never used it and were going to take your money regardless.

If you are looking the sound equipment go to eat my Beats they will find you what youre looking for ask the Scott. And if you have any old sound equipment that is in good shape they will buy it from you good place to shop good people to bargain with I say again ask Scott.

Booked two parties at once and tried to make us wait 2 hours to start ours when we were the ones on the books. Compromised with an agreement then they did not hold up on their agreement. Man was VERY rude!
