In the beginning process of buying our home they were GREAT! BUT….service AFTER the sale IS HORRIBLE!!!!! They DO NOT follow through with anything. You have to CONSTANTLY stay on them and then you still will not get things completed! We had to do a lot of the finish work ourselves to even be able to move in. We have been continuously put off and given excuses. If they were HONEST to start with it would be different. I have tried to be more than patient but it is ridiculous. They definitely want you to have your part done in a timely manner but could care less if they hold up their end!! I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from them!!!

I purchased a new mobile home approximately four months ago after retiring and selling my business I was fortunate enough to pay cash and was so happy and excited to finally put into action what I had dreamed of for years. I paid approximately $54,000 cash my little piece of heaven or so I thought boy have I had a wake up call I have had nothing but heartache and trouble with my mobile home since day one I’m delivery when my home was dropped ringing into the park. it was a real spectacle not only the landlord but half of the parks tenants watched their new neighbor standing there in tears. I’ve had one problem after another from leaky windows do all of my door facings being wrong not allowing me to shut my doors leaky sinks too many things to mention but I have documentation if anyone would care to listen or take the time to see because Timberline sure doesnt. I have called and called and called and I cannot get any help whatsoever no help with the home I spent my life savings on. They act as if I don’t exist or my purchase meant nothing to them i realize I’m just an old woman with no man to back me up but I would not recommend no one and I mean no one buying a mobile home from these people. After this last episode with depression over my house and all the tears I shed when I think about all the years my husband worked to provide for us and the savings that I had offer this it’s like they just got their money and that’s all they wanted they know I’m a widow and have no help God did not bless me with any boys to do that kind of work and I really am at my wits end on a fixed income I just want everyone to know how they have it in me and I hope everyone has a blessed day. I guess I will spend my days now writing letters and making phone calls to let the world know why are these people have done to me and how they are treating me as a customer thank you oh for listening and again if you’re not like them and would like to see photos or come look you are more than welcome to contact me thank you sincerely Ms. Hall

Timberline really did it right. The manager Sean was the most dedicated salesman I have encountered in my entire life. He jumped hurdle to make sure my wife, my daughter, and I got the Home we wanted. The home was great quality and made exactly how we wanted. And the handy man he has do the trimming after delivery is amazing as well any slight problem he had it fixed in the matter of minutes. Hand down would send anyone that needs a new home to Sean. I can not thank him enough.

Very disappointed in the quality of the mobile homes. It seems they think they are selling top of the line because that is how they have them priced. Needless to say, we did not purchase anything from them. I gave 2 stars because the salesman was nice.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Our guide Robert was VERY VERY RUDE. He seemed like he didnt want to show us anything. When he agreed to show us the houses, he would just let us in the house, would not tell us anything about the house! Price point, features, ANYTHING. Very disappointed with him. If someone was trying to spend upwards of $60,000 with my company, I sure wouldnt act like that!
