I have always gotten excellent service from this company for the few times I’ve had to call them.Just yesterday I had an entire new system installed as after 21 years the original had started to slow down.The new system works smoothly and flawlessly and even has WiFi capability so I can download an app to my phone and use it to open and close it with.But two new remotes also came with it.No matter which technician comes, Scottie or Chris, they both provide excellent service.

TL;DR: fraudulent billing.I called and asked if this company provided free estimates. The receptionist said they could. Their rep came out, took one look at the door, and said it couldn’t be repaired because the panels were too old and had been discontinued. I ask for a quote for a replacement. I received a quote, and along with it, a bill for $50. I contacted their office to ask what the bill was for, and they said it was for the service call. I reminded them that they offered me a free estimate, and they said the guy came out to repair it and there was a service charge to do so. (Mind you, he never touched the door.) Now, I understand that mix-ups can happen, but due to the fact that I reached out to speak with the manager in attempts to clear things up, and because the manager never gave me the courtesy of speaking to me directly about the issue (even at my request), but instead kept speaking through an operator, I cannot give them the benefit of the doubt—their actions are purposeful. Beware of their fraudulent business practices.

I had a torsion spring replaced, l was quoted 175 dollars. However, they replaced both springs and didnt ask me before they did it. I call the office and inquire about this because l didnt give permission. The receptions said she was going check and see why both werereplaced but she never did call back. It is so hard finding an honesty company. You should not have pay for services you didnt ask for.

The overall service was excellent. The people that represent the company starting with Mary who is always professional and helpful made the experience Awesome!! HOWEVER THE WORST installer was SCOTTIE!! HE ACTED AS THOUGH WE DIDNT EXIST. NEVER GREETED US UPON COMING ON OUR PROPERTY. HE NOT ONCE COMMUNICATED WITH US THROUGHOUT THE INSTALLATION. HE WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND DOES NOT REPRESENT THE COMPANY IN A GREAT MANNER. BUT THE HELPER Sylvester Jenkins gave us instructions on the door and how to use the openers after power connected . Scottie put our openers and paper work on the ground of the garage. Never said he was finished just packed up and got in his truck. Need to work on installers customer service Satisfaction. Somewhat disappointed.

They did some warranty work for me and have billed me $180 monthly ever since. Each time i call they say they are going to take it right thry haventAbout

Horrible communication and follow through. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This place went above and beyond to repair my garage door. Didn’t even think they would be able to come next day because they are so busy, but Scott showed up and fixed my garage door! Very professional and answered all my questions!

Great customer service.

Disabled and its a high step to get inside building. They did have the item I needed and it has been working great.

Called for three days to schedule a repair and can’t get any to answer the phone.
