I set up online account to make my payments and I accidentally left off a 0 to my banking account number and comenity bank where the payment goes to charged me 29 dollars and they wont adjust the accidental error which I guess I can live with. What I cant live with is Zales representative that cant speak good enough English for me to communicate with.
Renée (sorry if I misspelled that) was very professional and helpful. She helped my fiancé pick out a ring that he liked and felt comfortable wearing. She even went the extra mile to order it online for us since they didnt carry his size in store. She was also training a new associate and was very respectful and patient with her as she taught her the processes. Store was clean and she sanitized every ring before and after he tried them on. Highly recommend!
Sales person was very friendly and professional. Completed everything in a timely manner. And was very informative about arrival time.
This company is a mess stole my money and will not process the return correctly the women there are very bitter and have very poor customer service skills
4 weeks away from our wedding and my fiancé doesn’t have a ring. Bought it two years ago and diamonds constantly fall out. Picked it up from repair and a diamond fell out before we left the store. Was refunded for repair after throwing a fit and was told they would get us a new ring because of the many repairs and now I’m being told I owe the money back before we get a new ring. Place is a joke and will be out of business in less than 5 years at this rate. Local stores have already closed and I see why. Had to drive two hours to this store and get lectured about not bringing it in for cleaning. Grand parents have 50 year old rings that have never been serviced and not missing any diamonds. Zales is a rip off. Shop at a local owned jewelers.
I Can Always Come Here And Get The Store Manager Renee, You Can Tell Her Your Price Range And She Wont Look At You Funny If Its Low . Two Rings In 10 Minutes, She Joked And Laughed With My Family And I Love This Spot . Both Rings Under $300 . Cant Beat That !
I give 3 stars only because for one employee who saved my hopes and dreams of getting engaged around June 27th of 2020. Her name is Amanda, and she works at this store. Amanda my name is John Paul Smith and I called from Arkansas and had my grandmother purchase a small ring from you a month ago if you remember? Anyway I want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amanda for a promotion for the help she gave and I want her to know the first ring I had ordered while I was in the service had just came through...and she said yes. Thank you Amanda for everything.
The employees were very friendly and very helpful. They knew exactly how to help and knew exactly what they were talking about. I would definitely recommend!
Zales is horrible. They do not stand behind what they sale. They are ripoff artists. Avoid at ALL costs. Horrible people. My friend and I were both ripped off by them. Only one star because it will not take less. The manager will not listen when you are talking and has a holier than thou attitude , she is lazy ,unwilling to help and the store (and there credit card carrier) are liars. Once again please stay away from these people. Go somewhere else if you can. I would be willing to discuss this to anyone who is on the fence about using them. This post is for information and to help all you guys and gals who read these posts. Please be careful and take care.
Brandon is the GREATEST OF ALL TIME! He made my experience picking out rings fun and painless. He went over and beyond making sure me and my Fiancé we happy with our selections. He also made sure we understood our payment options and hes was knowledgeable about everything in the store. I cant say enough great thing about my experience at Zales. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I have a beautiful ring that my parents bought me from Zales. Well it was bent out of shape after 3 years of having it so I went to have it fixed and the woman LOST ONE OF MY DIAMONDS. SHE KNOCKED IT OUT. Well being the smart people my parents are, they bought a warranty. Well the lazy, incompetent woman refused to look up our information in the system saying we had to bring in the papers to have it fixed. So she lost my diamond, BLAMED ME, and refused to fix it until we brought in our papers because she was too damn lazy to look up our information in their computer (which she admitted to having the ability to do so). I will NEVER buy from Zales ever again and I advise everyone else to stay away from that place. Truly pathetic.
