Love the store! I order products almost weekly. Many items are not in stock but fast shipping makes it ok. Some really good customer service, very friendly.

My beauty/brow expert was Katherine. She was wonderful. She hooked me up with a wax and a tint and an easy product in my price range to help keep them flawless. This is sincerely the best brow job I have ever had. My husband told me I *have* to see her specifically every time. I feel so confident with my pretty brows! Also, she was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She kept it light-hearted and kept an interesting conversation going. There was never an awkward or uncomfortable silence like I have experienced so many times in the past. Seriously, go see Katherine!

I absolutely love this location! I came in a couple days ago and the girl Brandi there was so determined to help me find the products that I needed! She recommended every single item that fit my description perfectly and I love the products I bought so far all because she took her time with me while I was being a little difficult haha! She kept every ounce of her patience and thoroughly met my accommodations. Would recommend customers to her!

They are always helpful. Always have what ever I need in store. Yes I would shop more if they were not so pricey but the people are great friendly in all departments.

I love shopping at Ulta. All of their staff are friendly and so helpful too. I guess this is why I have been a Platinum member for so many years. For every dollar spent, I rack up points and at times I receive 5X points for each dollar spent. On my birthday I receive 2 gifts and a $10 off coupon my next purchase. This Christmas I had enough points saved up that were worth $70 along with a coupon for 20% off total purchase. I bought around $100 for my daughters Christmas gifts she picked out from Ulta and only had to pay $21 +change. I think thats pretty awesome. I also get my hair done at Ulta. I love Jackie at the salon and now I will not go anywhere else. She has highlighted and taken care of my hair better than anyone else Ive ever gone to. Manager and Associate held me up at checkout saying I couldn’t use my coupon. They said it excluded the brand I was purchasing... however, the fine print didn’t exclude it. Then they said I didn’t even have the right status to be getting that coupon... They also said I needed to buy more to get the coupon to work which was not true. After being told no more than 3 times, they finally scanned it (something they should’ve done from the get-go) and it worked. Manager was not nice and actually seemed upset when it worked. The whole ordeal was embarrassing and took up time, which was not necessary. They need to listen to their customers and not be so proud when wrong.

Went there today and had a great experience! Staff members were Very nice. We were greeted at the door and then two employees asked if we needed help finding anything. Cash register ran nice and fast even with a long line. 10/10 would recommend going! 🙃

Shopping in-store, I do feel safe as is possible, so I do appreciate yall for putting in so much extra work and effort- IT SHOWS! THANK YOU for being there when many other stores didnt even try to open in the beginning of the reopen stage. (and YES, I understand why some did not- no issue with that)Playing around with makeup is an outlet for me because Im already stuck in the house 95% of the time anyway, due to an illness. So I am EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE that you all have chosen to come (back) to work. The curbside pick-up option has been such a great thing to do. I love Ulta in general but this is specifically for their Salon. I went to the salon for the very first time. Jackie was the woman who cut my hair. Let me tell you, she did such an incredible job. And by the first five minutes, I felt like I’ve been going to her for years. She is so sweet and so talkative. She’ll explain everything she’s doing and answer any of your questions. She’s truly so good. She transformed my dry, damaged long hair to this beautiful, luscious, and hydrated bob. Perfect. I already scheduled a dye-job with her for the following week.

Staff was extremely helpful. I wish I remembered the name of who helped me. He went in the back to make sure they were out of stock and I complimented his makeup. Very nice person. Will definitely be going again!!

Joann is the best person I’ve ever been to for anything with my hair. I’ve had a cut and a color with her now, and I would recommend her to anyone! The rest of the team were very helpful and kind, from the moment I walked in to the time I checked out.

I love this place. Staff are also so helpful. I just went there today and a staff, her name was Tonya, helped us a lot and she was so nice. Whenever i go there I will definitely see her and get her suggestions about products. Whatever you asked her about any products she just takes that products and applies on you and shows you how it works. My four stars go to Tonya and one star goes to the store.

Used to be a great place to shop for mens grooming supplies. Now, instead of an actual mens section where you can go to pick out what you want and only have to hunt an associate if you cant find what you need, everything is scattered all over the store, seemingly to hide that theyve removed over half their mens care products. Out of the 5 or 6 products I would regularly buy in there, they now carry zero. If youre an introvert that just likes to be able to grab what you need and leave, this is definitely no longer the store for you. The layout now seems to be set up to force you to ask for help. At least I still have Amazon. Millennials arent killing stores, poor layout design and poor customer experiences are. This shop is dead proof of that.

The cashier that checked me out tonight was the worst. She was the second to last associate on the cash register. Absolutely awful customer service. Never would’ve known it was such an inconvenience to do your job with a good attitude. I’ll be shopping online from now on.

Everyone is very friendly and I enjoy shopping at this store. They were out of both cosmetics I went in to get. My biggest complaint is the employees taking up all the front parking. I got there prior to opening and had to park way down. Most stores make employees park away to let customers have decent parking.

I went in last night to choose some makeup pallets and upon entering the store there were 3 employee standing on the floor. Not one of them greeted me said Hello welcome to Ulta or asked if I needed help or anything they all were very smug and continued there conversations. This location has to be the most dirty Ulta that I have ever been in. ALL testers were filthy and not wiped down, the inside and outside of the pallets are just nasty smashed ,crushed and messed over. The outside of the pallets have all kinds of mess on them obviously they dont maintain them. Also a lot of the pallets were not even properly attached to the display barley touching it it fell off... touch the pallet next to it.. they both fall off.. especially in the Tart cosmetics section it was a mess. All of the lip sticks were smashed and running down the jar it did not look sanitary or properly maintained. If you did take a sample or a swotch of a color there were no wipes to clean your hands ex.. the clean up sections were not properly stocked. The isles were unorganized and had products on the floor in the hair care area. Make up storage boxed that are $60 + strung out on the floor with brushes and what not. The entire time I was in the store not one employee greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything they were very unwelcoming and uninviting and had a dont bother me vibe. I will not be returning to this location of Ulta beauty. I go to the location in River chase and theres is perfect friendly, clean and welcoming so I know what to expect from the franchise. Midtown village location is not hitting the mark. Also the store needs a good airing out because the perfume testing smells were so over powering it hit me like a truck the second I entered the store. It was distracting and over whelming how it felt stuffy as if there is no air circulation in the store and smelled of stale perfume samples all mixed together with thick air. Which the other Ulta locations I have visited do not have this problem. The store did not have a clean sleek environment that Ulta is known for. Non of the products were properly fronted on the shelf for easy and clear access. I had to keep checking to make sure the correct pallet was sitting in the proper spot and most of the time they were not. Everything was jumbled around not in its proper place not properly fronted for easy viewing. At the end of it all the store was such a mess I just left. Will not return to this Ulta.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had previously given this location 3 stars, but I was obviously way too generous. It is so difficult to get any help, and when you finally track down an employee they act like it’s a huge inconvenience to answer any questions. The cashiers are so rude and always act as though it is beneath them to help customers. This location also never honors the gifts with purchase promotions. I went in today to get matched for foundation. I was not helped or even acknowledged for that matter. I spent the gift card I was given for my birthday and I will NOTspend any more money here. I have given this Ulta location so many chances. I’ll be a Sephora customer from now on.

Went in to look for 3 things. And of this three things they had 1. There items were ulta beauty items so nothing that should have been hard to find. Instead of the employee trying to help me find the item she asked me if I needed help but in a confrontational way, like the thought I was stealing. I was taken back by the attitude so I told her no, that they did not seem to have what I needed. As I kept looking through the store she purposely inserted herself in my way, walking in between me and the item I was looking at, talking to someone standing on the other side of me. I left without buying anything since I felt so berated by the employee.i might never go back. *Note went to saphora after and was helped by a great employee and got everything I needed. I will not go back to Ulta for sure now.

Wide selection of products but never anyone around to answer questions. When you do luck up and find someone, they either don’t work that department or they aren’t very friendly. Prices are too high also. Can order most items online at half the cost or less from somewhere else. Will only shop here if I need something I don’t want to wait for, but I dread having to shop here.

Super great if you want to buy up all of an item to resell it for more money than its worth online, not super great if youre just trying to be a normal customer.

I visited this store for the first time in years and wanted to look for some wishlist items. Like 5 employees approached me at different times asking if I needed help. I can understand that since checking on customers is their job. However, 2 employees approached me at the same time while I was looking at Bare Minerals. They asked if I needed help, and I said I was looking at wishlist items. Then they asked me if I used Too Faced and which of their products I used (I know they were trying to push that Too Faced event happening then). I was annoyed because they just stood there while I was looking like they were being pushy. I just wanted to shop without being bothered every second.

Store is very hard to maneuver around in.

Went in for touch up to my roots and to gets foils so that I would have more brown color. My regular stylist was out sick, so had to use someone else. NEVER AGAIN!! She colored all of my hair instead of touching up my roots and foiling in the brown like I asked. She also did not pay attention to how long she left the color on, as she went on to cut someone elses hair while coloring mine, never set a timer and ran around like crazy the entire time. She was very pleasant and friendly, just does not listen to what the customer wants at all.

The ultimate hair experience!

Has a great selection, but there is rarely anyone on the floor that you can ask questions of, and many of the employees do not have the background to answer more advanced questions about may of the products.

Great store, well stocked and has great knowledgeable staff.

I am very upset with Ulta. After standing in one of their very long lines, they offered me a months subscription to Glamour and Allure magazine. I signed up and received a magazine for each. After said month I had a charge on my account for Glamour magazine where they had automatically debited my account. I called Glamour who refunded my amount and stopped the subscription. I told them I had never given them my credit card, and how did they have my card number. The rep advised me when I signed up for my free month that Ulta transferred my credit card number over (which they failed to clarify) and it was something I authorized when signing up.Very dissatisfied with Ulta!!

While I was at the register talking to the cashier abt my item she in the middle of me talking started talking to another employee who was walking out the door abt dropping off some stuff for her and Im just standing there waiting with a whole long line of customer behind me with her as the only cashier! Oh and to top it off when I asked to speak to the manager abt my product issues she cut be off and didnt let me explain my problem to him. Rude customer service!

Drugstore makeup with a few pricier brands including Benefit, Tarte, Amazing Cosmetics, Cargo, Smashbox, Stila, Too Faced, Lorac and Urban Decay. Also has hair products, toiletries and fragrances. Hard to sample things. Overall disappointing.

This store has helpful staff and almost always has the makeup that I need.
